As a retired RN, I can say that there is a lot of truth in this video, and I have only seen the first 20 minutes so far. I used to work in a large hospital in a big city. They had a small department that did research like this – they would recruit people to participate in a drug study, giving them the experimental drug for a three week trial. If side effects became unbearable, the participant would drop out of the study. For example, let’s say they got 100 people to sign up for a particular study, and after 12 or 15 days, 60 of them had to drop out because the side effects were problematic. The 40 people who finished the drug trial were then included in the report, and it would be said that most of the participants did okay, and a few had some mild side effects. Of course, the report was discussing only the 40 people who finished the study, and never mentioned the majority who had terrible side effects from the experimental drug.

I tried to make this but it can not be made with the directions. You can not boil it for 15 min or it is way to bitter to drink. You can not even heat it on low without it turning bitter in 3 min. There is no way to boil out any of it at all on any temp without it being bitter. Something must be missing from the instructions. If you drink it bitter it is caustic and burns your throat and stomach like acid.
It was supposed to be boiled in medium heat of dial 6 where 10 is the maximum heat.
Or until the liquid becomes 80 percent level from the original.
