Like Stalin’s purge of the Red Army in the late 1930s, Barack Obama and Joe Biden have been grooming the U.S. military into a politically reliable instrument of tyranny.
The 1878 Posse Comitatus Act is a law, which limits the powers of the federal government in the use of federal military personnel to enforce domestic policies.
Americans should fully expect that the Biden regime will violate the Posse Comitatus Act, given the fact that they ignore immigration law on a daily basis.
Americans, like myself, who believe that the United States is no longer a functioning constitutional republic and is being deliberately transformed into a one-party totalitarian state must, first, make an accurate assessment of the situation and, then, develop a course of action around which a critical mass of patriots can rally.
We must recognize that the federal government, as an institution, is hopelessly corrupt and that, although we have elections, we do not have a representative government.
The political contamination of the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation has created a two-tier justice system, in which those serving the Democrat Party and the Deep State are never held accountable for their criminal activities, while opponents of federal malfeasance can be treated like Soviet-era political prisoners without rights or due process.
We are now witnessing the controlled demolition of America by the Biden regime, which, arguably, assumed power illegitimately through an election stolen by voter fraud.
Together with international interests that would benefit from the destruction of the United States as a constitutional republic, the Biden regime is attempting to usher in an era of Neo-Feudalism, dominated by a global aristocracy with billions serving them as de facto slaves with neither rights nor property.
Their anti-American vision is to create a world without nations, one composed of only land and people to exploit.
It is a governance model resembling a combination of the most oppressive attributes of the Chinese Communist Party and the World Economic Forum.
Make no mistake. We are at war.
The federal government, controlled by anti-American international interests, and together with the media and Big Tech, has been weaponized against the American people for asserting our constitutional rights and demanding accountability.
That is, the federal government has seceded from the people and intends to establish absolute tyranny in a manner similar to the events that triggered the American Revolutionary War.

The red flag statutes allowing gun confiscation without due process, recently passed by Congress and signed into law by the usurper Biden, bears a striking resemblance to the gun confiscation carried out by the British Army, which precipitated the Battles of Lexington and Concord in April 1775.
The Second Amendment’s right to own and bear arms is the guarantor of liberty, the violation of which is a line that cannot be crossed.
It is the only defense against the use of a now politically-compliant, Constitution-ignoring U.S. military to enforce Biden’s radical agenda.
The Second Amendment is the hill to die on.
One course of action patriotic American can take to counter violation of the Posse Comitatus Act and oppose federal government tyranny is to establish or re-activate State Guards, which could provide a needed rallying point for the restoration of our constitutional republic.
A State Guard is not the state Army or Air Force National Guard, but a separate military defense force operating solely under the authority of the state government and commanded by the state governor.
State Guards are neither new nor radical and are authorized by both state and federal law. They offer structure and organization and, under one umbrella, provide tasks that would attract people interested in community defense and service, activities which also could be linked to constitutional sheriffs in the state.
State Guards would augment state self-sufficiency and defense and be a constitutional bulwark against unlawful federal government intrusion.
In any case, action must be taken now to prevent any further erosion of our inalienable rights.

The actor, martial artist, and internet meme Chuck Norris has warned of a federal government plot to take over the state of Texas.
Writing on the right-wing website WND, or WorldNetDaily, Norris discussed the potential for Jade Helm 15, a US military training exercise planned for July and August, to turn into a full-scale occupation of his home state.
Exercises will be held in Texas and six other states during Jade Helm 15, across public and private land. The training has been the focus of rightwing conspiracy theories since a map published for the purpose of the simulation labelled Texas, Utah and California as “hostile”.
“The US government says, ‘It’s just a training exercise’,” wrote Norris, 75. “But I’m not sure the term ‘just’ has any reference to reality when the government uses it.”
Both the governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, and US senator – and 2016 Republican presidential candidate – Ted Cruz have been accused of pandering to conspiracy theorists with their reactions to Jade Helm 15. Abbott asked the Texas state guard to monitor the training exercise. Cruz said his office had “reached out to the Pentagon” to ask about the exercise.
If you read the Chuck Norris article on WorldNetDaily, you will know that is not exactly what Norris said.
But it was probably close to what he was really thinking.

The senator has heard the conspiracy theories about a military exercise.
Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz said Saturday that he’d been hearing concerns about Jade Helm 15, a domestic military training exercise that has become a fount of conspiracy theories, and that he wanted questions about it to be answered.
“My office has reached out to the Pentagon to inquire about this exercise,” Cruz, a Texas senator, told Bloomberg at the South Carolina Republican Party’s annual convention. “We are assured it is a military training exercise. I have no reason to doubt those assurances, but I understand the reason for concern and uncertainty, because when the federal government has not demonstrated itself to be trustworthy in this administration, the natural consequence is that many citizens don’t trust what it is saying.”
The paranoia about Jade Helm, which started on websites like Alex Jones’s InfoWars, had started with familiar fulmination about a mass seizure of firearms or a cover-up for American ”death squads.” This week, Texas Governor Greg Abbott channeled the concerns of voters in the Southwest, asking the Texas state guard to monitor the exercise for any violations of freedom. “It is important that Texans know their safety, constitutional rights, private property rights and civil liberties will not be infringed,” said the governor.

Everything’s bigger in Texas — including conspiracy theories. One such theory has gained steam online; it says the U.S. military is about to invade the state. The rumors began in March and center around a planned military training operation set to take place in Texas over the summer, dubbed Operation Jade Helm 15. Critics of Texas Gov. Greg Abbott say he added fuel to the conspiracy fire when he ordered Texas State Guard troops to monitor the military exercises in the state this summer throughout the eight-week simulation in order to protect Texans’ “civil liberties.” The conspiracy has been driven in part by the prominent voices calling for scrutiny of the exercises. Actor Chuck Norris, an outspoken advocate for conservative causes, wrote in a column on WorldNetDaily, “The U.S. government says, ‘It’s just a training exercise.’ But I’m not sure the term ‘just’ has any reference to reality when the government uses it.”

The Posse Comitatus Act is a law that President Rutherford B. Hayes signed in June of 1878. The purpose of the Posse Comitatus Act is to limit the federal government’s authority to intervene in domestic policies within the U.S. The Act initially only applied to the U.S. Army. However, officials amended it in 1956 to include the U.S. Air Force.

This article reviews the origin and definitions of the Posse Comitatus Act, which prohibits the use of Federal troops to enforce civilian law, as well as its impact on recent events and its present-day standing.
Abstract
The original Posse Comitatus Act (PCA) was a rider to an appropriations bill approved on June 18, 1878.
It prohibits the use of Federal troops to enforce civilian law “except in such cases and under such circumstances as such employment of said force may be authorized by the Constitution or by act of Congress.”
This qualification allowed the use of Federal forces against the 1919 rioters in Chicago, the so-called Bonus Marchers in Washington, DC in 1932, and the railroad workers who went on strike during the administration of President Truman, who temporarily nationalized the railroads under the Army Corps of Engineers.
More recent implementations of the exceptions to the PCA were the 1973 standoff between Federal troops and the American Indian Movement at Wounded Knee, SD; the 1992 street riots in Los Angeles after the Rodney King verdict; the 1993 standoff with the Branch Davidians
at Waco, TX; the bombing of the Federal building in Oklahoma City; and the 2001 suicide attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
These events involved the deployment of Federal troops in domestic incidents, and observers critiqued these events as involving too much or too little military involvement.
Since the September 11th attacks by foreign terrorists, there is renewed interest in examining the various roles of the military in preventing and responding to various types of domestic-security incidents
The debate surrounding the rationale for and provisions of the PCA has intensified under the significant domestic threat of foreign terrorists.

Most people familiar with American history know that in the late 19th century American West, Sheriffs would sometimes call out “the posse”–armed citizens–to assist the Sheriff in apprehending a fugitive, or providing additional support for community defense against violent criminals. What is less well known is that the institution of the posse comitatus thrives today in 21st century America.
The day Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 died
A few years ago the Northern Command, NORTHCOM was formed within the Defense Department (previously known as The War Department). This group was formed to handle domestic situations involving terrorism with a force of about 2,000. As reported by The Washington Post and reprinted in The Dallas Morning News, President Bush authorized the strength of this group to increase to 20,000 by 20111.
Part of their responsibility would be to confront domestic civil unrest. This responsibility belongs to the local authorities, police, state police, and perhaps the individual state National Guard as authorized by the respective governors.
This new mission by federal troops is a clear violation of the Posse Cmitatus Act of 1878.
Easy to hold President Bush solely responsible, however something sinister is at work here. With less than 60 days left in office why would President Bush issue such an authorization? He must know that on January 20th, 2009 when President Obama takes office, he would not rescind this executive order. There is something suspicious going on here where our two party system and representative democracy is nothing but a façade.

Joint planning, preparation enables JADE HELM success

JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. –
Sixteen aircraft, 335 paratroopers, six door bundles and 19 pieces of heavy equipment were just a few components contributing to joint exercise JADE HELM’s success. Months of preparation all came down to the execution of both air and ground performances from May 1 to May 5.
Exercise JADE HELM is a strategic, unconventional warfare exercise incorporating the efforts of the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army and took place from February 7 to May 7, with the JFE portion taking place in the last week. The exercise spanned multiple states and focused on “beyond line of sight” communications and coordination over a large geographic area. Primarily, Airmen assigned to Joint Base Charleston, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Dyess Air Force Base and Little Rock Air Force Base executed the mission alongside Soldiers from the 82nd Airborne Division and United States Army Special Operations Command.
