I get tired of these people that soft sell the evil agenda. No they just put towers over school because it is free space. I had one of those meters and and found an old computer that had been unplugged for months was emitting like crazy! From a 3 volt coin battery or maybe something like being excited by Cell phone towers radiation? Zero point energy?
Your cars have kill switches. I am pretty sure they store data about your travels etc. in the computer. Beyond electronic fuel injection I can see little adding all the computer to cars improved. But just bath in your Bluetooth and know if you have an accident in a remote area and are trapped in your car they will not use any of that to find you.
