It’s an accurate video about the structure of the ‘Sicilian mafia’, which shares similarities with all the ‘mafias’ big and small throughout the world, including the inter-continental ‘pharma-mafia’.
Two things which are essential to the vertical structuration are the blood-oath and the omerta are well told in this video.
About the ‘blood-oath’. It is the all starting point of any mob organization, be them from a small size street-gang, to mid size biker gangs to the inter-national gangsterism, a ‘blood-oath’ is an essential in order to become a ‘made man’. A ‘blood-oath’ is what it says: an oath taken upon a compromising murder. The murder or murders are not necessarily made on the scene of the oath taking, but are nevertheless on record. This video implies that mafia members, such as the inter-continental pharma-mafia have all taken a ‘blood-oath’, and they will never talk about it.
Lastly. How can one survive in a ‘mafia-run country’? Lay low, and never accept any favor or gift from them, because once you accept a favor or gift from them, you’ll soon realize that you’ll be dragged into owing them a ‘favor’.
