We have an emergency alert system here called the Emergency Broadcast System.
Whatever you are watching on television gets interrupted with a message ( normally only a test to make sure it’s functioning properly) where they stop the regularly scheduled broadcast and announce to everyone who is watching, what the emergency is and what to do next. I am not sure who exactly has the authority to pull this plug and stop all television broadcasting with an emergency message, but there it is. If there’s a regional or national emergency, supposedly this EBS will be activated and since all Americans are glued to their TV 24/7, it was thought to be the best way to communicate with millions of people at once. I’m certain that radio and internet sources would be part of it also.
Has nothing to do with the new world order, unless they have taken full control already in the US. Which they have not, I assure you.
