Ian is currently a Category 3 hurricane and is forecast to strengthen further in the coming hours.

The current forecast track from the National Hurricane Center has Ian making landfall tomorrow night between Sarasota and Port Charlotte, but there is still uncertainty about the track and a large portion of Florida could experience the hurricane’s effects.

Among the cities forecasted to be significantly affected are Tampa, Sarasota, Bradenton, Port Charlotte, Clearwater and others.
