This is the one-time lady justice needs to take the blindfold off and examine some of these money-grubbing judicial appointees on the scales and if they serve any other purpose other than equal justice under the law they must be disbarred. Especially those who make a point of being vague about who they serve.

They are presumed to have taken an oath and their governance documents state they must abide by the law, governance of the court, the rules (civil and criminal) of procedure, and professional conduct
judges have code of judicial conduct of federal judges, or code of judicial conduct of state of XX judges
When they violate the code of conduct (and they do), their absolute immunity can be attacked, not saying successfully, but it can affect their retirement and have them censured *can’t heare cases in retirement” if they violate the code of conduct.
If you go after them for misconduct, you must leave out merits.
There is merits of the case, he hit me, it hurt,
and procedures with regards to the merits, he didn’t read my document that he hit me and it hurt.
Those don’t work in misconduct.
You have to say stuff like he violated his oath, and show what he did like violated the law, like, in this order, the law says this, and he did that.
sometimes to touch the merits without touching them, you have to show them by saying
in sum and substance and relevant parts only
and show how a document fiiled was ignored, or was fraudulent, or whatever that way you are pointing to his paperwork, his actions, his violations.
