There have been deaths do to the “vaccine” but not to the magnitude Clif had predicted. If you have been following his predictive programing since the late nineties you will see numerous exaggerations in his studies. Twenty years ago he predicted the price of silver would soon hit triple digits he also predicted earth changes would come about that would devistate coastlines and Islands which never came about. I believe there is some validity in his program but it come out overblown more times then not.
