Well, it’s new to me. This site has gotten so hard to sift through and find the real news, I’m glad they do re_upload things like this from time to time. Or else i’d have never saw it. Lord knows i’m not going to get this link from friends on messenger, or via phone text. Most people I talk to don’t like having a discussion about what’s really going on. People are too scared to acknowledge it. Because they know when shtf they aren’t going to step up and do anything anyway. Since Clearfield and Eier Railroad, the courts ceased Federal Common Law and became legislative courts. Until 1983, however, the Judges held the Constitution in their Article III capacity. The cases of Hatter, et al, in a footnote, the Appellate Court stated plainly none of those Judges had been diminished in their pay since their had been “no Article III Judges” since 1983. In 1991 I was in Federal Court in Montana raising my Constitutional rights.
