If nukes go off, world markets will be decimated and halted. FEMA will take over. You won’t be able to go shopping and buy food or other supplies. As soon as the dust settles, everyone will be ordered to report to central area locations and be processed for ID, and military draft or domestic servitude draft. Authorities will already have lists of all people along with alerts for criminals and the non-compliant. Covid camps won’t be necessary to disappear people. Family and neighbors will assume and possibly be told they were drafted regardless of their fates. Micro chipping may be initiated for secure ID in a chaotic situation, and to enforce food rations. The first micro chipping may or may not be associated with the mark of the beast. Those who have been a thorn in the side of the elite won’t necessarily be eliminated.
