You have heard it before but it is true. This may be an old clip but in light of current affairs and the financial strain on everyone, I felt it a timely reminder of your position as stated by Congress and the former commissioner of the IRS. In the link below this is mentioned not once, not twice, but three times and never refuted by the IRS commissioner only agreed to.

I suggest you download it, transcribe it and use it to you advantage. Find out what it is that you do to “volunteer”. Find out what steps you take to stop volunteering. This can carry over to many aspects of your life. This is no difference than needing to be vaccinated to keep your job or go to school. Don’t be volunteering for everything.

This has been around for 40 years or more, and is useless, unless you have an unlimited supply of money for attorneys to fight it. A past IRS Commissioner testified befor Congress, and admitted the same thing. I went to Tax Court five times, and finally to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. I had everything documented, seventy-some pages of documents and sworn testimony by a Certified Court Reporter. The response from the Ninth Circuit was one page, one line. “Appellant produced no evidence of material fact.” I complained to my elected Congressional Representatives and got the same thing: “It is not the business of Congress to interfere in tax matters.” So, if you want to fight America’s Gestapo, or KGB, so ahead. But it’s a useless battle without some power of enforcement. These people don’t care about the law, or the Constitution. And even less about you.
The Fed Income Tax is contractual. You become a taxpayer when you VOLUNTARILY SIGN a W-4. You can vitiate this fraud for cause by renouncing your signature for non-disclosure on the contract. Did it and won in court which sent the two U.S. Attorneys assigned to the case reeling…LITERALLY. Fear, fraud and intimidation are all the IRS has in their toolbox. The IRS is nothing more than the enforcement arm of the Federal Reserve Corporation which inverts the Legend of Robinhood by taking all but a subsistence level existence from the serfs and gives the rest to the money manipulators. All of the DOJ and Federal Marshalls couldn’t put Humpty Dumpty back together again.
Trump never paid a dime in Fed taxes because he never volunteered to be a taxpayer. He could’ve taken the country back on his first day in office, but nary a word of this fraud wafted from his gold-plated tongue. All Trump had to do was reveal that the Constitutional Republic had been subverted by the USA, Inc., headquartered in the District of Criminals.
