I highly respect and honor Dr. Ardis… It is the truth I had two experiences Dr Ardis mentioned that happened to me.
PROVE his claims or move along. You do not need to “believe”…that doesn’t make anything “true”…it only makes you think you know something you don’t.
You obviously brought your prejudice; you didn’t even watch the video.
I listened to the birth story and what he said is the same thing when you have to take a sh it. You squat then the sh it comes right out. I knew this for many years but did not know it works the same way with giving birth.
I eat a lot of doughnuts so I did research on taking a sh it like Ardis did.
Do a non google search on Rockefeller Medicine. You will find that MD’s are not educated but indoctrinated. You will also find that Rockefeller Medicine is one of the leading causes of death. When you understand please tell everyone you can. It really is a matter of life and death.

I am so sick of people propping an MD as such a level higher than a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Ardis took many of the same courses, was in college the same amount of years. It is only brain washing that makes you believe that one is a “real” doctor, and one is not real. The truth is one is allopathic (I’ve got a symptom-tweaking money-making drug for everything), who know nothing about health. Whereas the Doctor of Chiropractic spends his whole life (if he is a good one) studying what prevents disease, and works at getting the body (by providing nutrition and natural therapies) to heal itself and prevent disease in the first place. MDs have helped me with nothing. I usually teach them about research.
