What? She Actually Said That? ‘Classified Briefing’ to ‘Upper Creditors’...Upper Creditors? (Video)

At the 0:19 point. The congress and the “upper creditors” were briefed? On so called classified information? I don’t remember seeing any “upper creditors” on any voting ballots (not that I vote). No the question is who are these “upper creditors”.

We (the people) are the creditors for this bankrupt shit show and nobody told me anything or briefed me. I wonder exactly what that could mean? Was that a corporate slip up? So just who are these “upper creditors” that supposedly own our asses?

Some of you will get what I am driving at, my point has nothing to do with the balloon bullshit and spying psyop that she is peddling. You have to watch the new terms that these people just throw out to us and try to run by us. A piece here and a part there paint a a picture of what is going on behind the scenes.
