Complaint Against FedEx For Recklessness Customer Service And Failing To Take Proper Action Against 3 FedEx Couriers Involving Stolen Merchandise And Fraud!

 

2 Air purifier were purchase 0n 4-4-2023 – Homasy Air Purifier, HEPA Air Purifier Air Cleaner, Intelligent Auto Mode & Smart Sensor for Medium  for $24.00 each, plus taxes for $6.29 and the items for this order were supposed to be delivered on 4-6-2023 to my shipping address by FedEx courier and the packages for this order were never delivered to my shipping address on 4-6-2023 and I check the tracking report for this order on the same day and my shipping address in FedEx tracking report did not have my complete shipping address and FedEx courier did not delivered this package to my home address on 4-6-2023 and in FexEx tracking report, it said I sign for this package myself on 4-6-2023 and I never did received this package nor did I sign for this package myself on 4-6-2023 because FedEx courier never did came to my location and I was home the whole day and how could I sign for this package myself, If FedEx courier never came to my location and have delivered my package to the wrong address.

 

3 Pure Citrus Orange Air Freshener, 4oz. Orange Scented Non-Aerosol Air Freshener purchase on 4-4-2023 for $4.48 each and these are two separated packages were supposed to be delivered on the 4-6-2023 to my home address by FedEx courier because this is not the first time FedEx courier made this mistake, because I had problems in the pass with FedEx courier delivering a package, I never did received and in the tracking report it said I sign for the package on the 4-6-2023, and I never did received neither one of these packages on 4-6-2023 and I do not know why the tracking report have said I sign for the packages myself and FedEx courier never did come to my location and I do not know how did FedEx courier make this same mistake and my home address are supposed to be written on both packages and this is a mistake made by FedEx courier and hope this matter can be resolve for a replacement are refund and I have file a claim will FedEx on the 4-6-2023 for these packages along with copies of paid receipts.

And each of these same items had to be reorder for the same items stolen on 4-6-2023 and how did FedEx couriers know which package were supposed to went to the correct Street, without first looking at the address on the package and how did FedEx couriers know which apartment to deliver the package too without first looking at the address on the package and FedEx couriers could not just pick out any packages without first looking at the address on the package first and how can

 

FedEx couriers deliver a package without first looking at the address on the package first. FedEx couriers claim they were going by the address, FedEx had on file when they delivered the packages on two different days on the 4-8-2023 and 4-10-2023 for the same items stolen on the 4-6-2023 and how did they still know which apartment to deliver the package too with just the letter I and each of the apartment’s buildings have a letter and two numbers, and how did FedEx couriers

 

know which package to deliver without first looking at the address on the package and they had to look at the address on the package first before they could deliver it and they have seen my address on the packages before they delivered it and how did FedEx couriers know which apartment to go too without first looking at the apartment number and they had to look at the apartment number first before they could deliver this package and FedEx couriers seen my home address on the

 

package before they remove the package from the vehicle and if FedEx couriers did not see my home address on the package first before they delivered it, then how did they know which package to deliver and how did FedEx couriers know if they went to the right apartment without first looking at the apartment number and my apartment number does not match the apartment number they went too. And FedEx couriers could not delivered this package without first looking at the

 

apartment number and they know which apartment number they went to and does not match the address on my packages, and they had to look at the apartment number first before they delivered it to them and how did FedEx couriers claim they came to my home address, if they didn’t know which apartment I live in when they delivered this package and my apartment numbers do not show on the map but just the letter and how could FedEx courier on the 4-8-2023 left my

 

package on my front doorsteps, if he did not know which apartment number I live in, and does not show on the map and in the tracking report on the 4-8-2023 a picture of a package was on the ground to make it look like FedEx courier left a package on my doorsteps to make it look like I received this package and I do not know where this picture come from and what location it was taken and two of FedEx other couriers create a false tracking report saying I sign for both packages

 

delivered on 4-6-2023 and 4-10-2023 and FedEx courier delivered a package on 4-8-2023 were being dishonest and create a false tracking report claiming he left the package on my front doorsteps and how did he leave the package on my front doorsteps if he did not know which apartment I live in and my apartment number does not show on google map but just the letter and I contacted FedEx on the 4-6-2023 and 4-8-2023 and 4-10-2023 and in the pass and they were

 

supposed to already have my correct address updated in the system and I had to go back in FedEx profile account to add special delivered notes, how I want my packages deliver to me, because FedEx delivered management does not show my full apartment number on the map in their web site but just the letter and my apartment address. After the first delivered incident that occurred on 4-6-2023, FedEx two other couriers on the 4-8-2023 and 4-10-2023 comes back and makes the

 

same mistake again and delivered my packages to the wrong apartment again on the same street I live and this time I was waiting outside and walk down to the other end where the courier was park at and waited until he came back from delivering a package to the other apartments on the end and when he came back, I asked him if I had a package in my name, because I were supposed to have a package coming today in my name and after he confirm I was the person he

 

just delivered my package too he went back to the same apartment to get my package and gave it to me, and the package were already sign by the people he delivered it too and were almost stolen and I contact FedEx the same day on the 4-8-2023 and filed a complaint for the same incident ocurred again, because I did not think this same incident would happen again the second time and it was a different FedEx courier came on the 4-10-2023, he did the same thing and delivered

 

my package to the wrong apartments on the same street I live and this time I record it, because the same problem occurred again the third time. The 4-10-2023  showing in the video FedEx courier parks at the other end the same location, just like the other two couriers did and did not come to my apartment door where this black car is park in the video and I’m two doors down on the right side but in the video is on the left side and I live in a two-story apartment

 

building and during recording the camera picks up noise in the background when I and FedEx courier was talking standing on the sidewalk not showing in the camera. And on the 4-6-2023 and 4-10-2023 both of FedEx couriers creates a false tracking report and in one of the tracking reports, on the 4-10-2023 using my full address and apartment number to make it look like they delivered my packages to my apartment, but they didn’t and was an attempt stealing both packages and

 

both FedEx couriers created a false tracking reporting saying I sign for the packages on 4-6-2023 and 4-10-2023 and how did I sign for the packages myself, if FedEx couriers did not know which apartment number I live in. And after FedEx couriers created a false tracking report, the wrong apartment they delivered my package too, can get away lying and say, they did not sign anything, and this case needs further investigation and action taken against FedEx couriers and

 

FedEx.com for recklessness customer service and failing to take proper action against 3 FedEx couriers involving stolen merchandise and fraud because this incident happen the third time and what business would someone be doing signing another person package would be breaking the law. And FedEx couriers should have been honest and admitted they made a mistake delivering my packages to the wrong apartment and each time they were attempting to keep both

 

packages and signed my name on the packages themselves after the first two packages were already stolen on the 4-6-2023 and FedEx couriers fail to report this and created a false tracking report saying I sign for the packages myself on the 4-6-2023 and 4-10-2023 and I do not live in the other apartments on the left end and how did I sign for both packages on the 4-6-2023 and 4-10-2023, if FedEx couriers did not come to the right address and were supposed to report it as a

 

stolen package made on 4-6-2023 and FedEx customer service did not handle the situation like they were supposed to, and all three FedEx couriers should have been fire for being careless making the same mistake the third time taking my package back to the same location for it to be stolen again and if FedEx customer service took the proper action when this was reported the first time and this same incident could have been avoided if FedEx customer service care about what is

 

important to the customer needs and on the 4-6-2023 a claim was file for stolen merchandise and FedEx deny both claims and another complaint have been file against FedEx couriers on the 4-8-2023. This will prove, FedEx courier was lying and if he came straight to my home address on the 4-10-2023 and the time the

 

camera was recording, why did it take FedEx courier almost five minutes to deliver my package to me, if he came straight to my apartment on the 4-10-2023 and I was the only person had a package in my name to be deliver to me on the 4-10-2023 on the same street I live, and FedEx courier arrived at 2:35 pm and

 

the camera stop recording at 2:39 and forty seconds pm and FedEx courier were still here after five minutes, going on almost eleven minutes and the time it took FedEx courier when he first arrived, he had to go back and get my package from the wrong apartment and gave the package back to me and I and FedEx courier

 

were standing on the sidewalk talking about my home address and I had no idea the package were sign for when he gave the package to me, and FedEx courier did not inform me my package was sign by the people he delivered my package to on the 4-10-2023, until I found out in the tracking report and FedEx couriers

 

knew I did not sign for these packages myself on the 4-6-2023 and 4-10-2023 and they were attempting to steal each of these packages delivered on 4-6-2023 and 4-8-2023 and 4-10-2023 and FedEx couriers created a false tracking report, after when they deliver my package to the wrong address, they can get away

 

with lying and say they did not sign are stolen this package.To protect the person identity some report details was removed are being block.
