• Chinese Bond Holders received their Q Cards from HSBC (from 12 versions of Chinese Bonds) on Mon. 10 April. They would have access to 1% of their funds on their Q Cards sometime between Tues. 11 April and Fri. 14 April.
• Tier 4B Zim Holders will get 1% access to your total redemption at your appointment and on the 10th day you would have access to another 9%. You would have access to your total in 90-120 days.
• If you don’t have Zim, you will get total access to your monies at your exchange.
• NDAs are for 30-45 days
• At your redemption you will be given a 45 page booklet of who you cannot send money to.
• Tier 4B (and everyone else) were expecting to receive emails to set appointments on Wed. 12 April and begin appointments on Thurs. 13 April.
• In April there will be an increase in SS payments.
• On the fourth week restitution allowance will kick in.

GCR History:

• By Wed. 29 March the Iraqi Dinar had revalued in-country and was trading internationally as a gold/asset-backed currency.
• On Sat. 1 April the new Global Financial System became official including the gold/asset-backed US Note.
• As of Sun. 2 April the financing of Bonds had been completed. (This was a big deal because Bonds funded the Global Currency Reset).
• On Mon. 3 April Bond payments began including the release of Fines and Penalties.
• Wed. 5 April the USD was no longer accepted in any country except the US, Canada and Mexico. Those three countries would accept it for another three months.
• Thurs. 6 April: Activation-liquidation of Dubai 1 working capital funds.
• Mon. 10 April: With the GCR now fully funded, Dubai 2 groups of Sovereign Buyers started contracts with various trusts and large file sellers.
• They know who all the Zim Bond Holders are unless you have been gifted. Have your picture ID and a utility bill to prove who you are. They want us in and out of there in 30 min.
• You will have 3-5 min. to do your Humanitarian Project presentation.
• You can move up to $1.5B into each bank account you set up and a trust will be set up for you. Never use your home address for anything.
• The new Q Phones for Zim Bond Holders have been shipped to all Redemption Centers.
• The money has already been transferred to QFS.
• GESARA will come out in one lump sum of $1M followed by payments of $100K/mo. to all 21-year-old citizens for 11 years, totaling $13.2M in a new QFS account on Satellite QI.

Quantum Starlink Internet will heal and restore the human mind. No blocking, censoring and checking for corruption in the Odin, Starlink, Space X Project protected by Secret Space Program from the now almost completely removed DS cabal.
• A vetted by QFS Humanitarian Zim Bond Holder (most of you reading this) can use the monies for a Humanitarian Project wherever your Zim comes from. The QFS will read each of our frequency signatures/ intentions and knows who each of us is. If the frequency signatures were not read and known by the QFS, funds could just be going back to the DS. It must be this way.

Restored Republic:

• After the 10 days of Communication Darkness, we would then connect to a new Quantum Internet.
• Old systems of Government, Education, Finance, Health, Trade and Commerce etc., would be dismantled and replaced.
• GESARA/NESARA would be activated.
• In the US, the IRS (which was actually a Puerto Rican Trust owned by the Cabal) would be dismantled and replaced with a 14% tax on the sale of new items only, with no tax on food or medicine.

Economic Collapse:

The bank collapses connect to courts and war crimes. Billions of dollars in US Treasury Bonds issued to Europe and 110 Nations are being returned and US Inc. is ruined and it’s leading to a massive collapse in Europe and elsewhere, as France is stealing the money of its people and started riots and civil riots, Inside Germany hyperinflation is collapsing the metal industry and weapons are not being produced and day by day corps are going bankrupt and Deutsche Bank is entering Epstein connections with other banks that reach as far as Estonian banks and the World Courts have started a silent and open investigation into banks since 2020 and msm has been suppressing info. in hopes this will change, but the investigation is moving forward.

• Israel is in serious trouble as the Country is heading towards collapse and banks are hiding true market numbers, fake profits and riots. The massive SVB’s collapse in CA $10T+ lost created a domino effect worldwide and the effects are being felt in several Countries.
• Citizen-Patriots of Israel, Germany, France and Ireland have been mass protesting against their gov’ts. Israel is closed down because of the crisis.
• $10T was sent back to the US from several Countries all at once that will no longer accept the US dollar. Crash is near!
• Benjamin Fulford on March 27 said, “The collapse of the Western financial system is a mathematical certainty because recent rate hikes created at least an $8T loss for financial institutions. Gov’ts have been trying to foist this on the people. Revolution will be the result. This is why unprecedented unrest is overtaking France, Germany, Pakistan, Israel and many other places.
• This financial crisis will lead inevitably to the collapse of the World Bank, IMF, BIS and most international financial institutions as well as most gov’ts in the full matrix collapse.”
• All banks not compliant with Basil 3 and 4 by March 28 will be closed and bought for $1 by the World Capital Bank, owned by the Chinese Elders. The Chinese Elders and their World Capital Bank already own all major movie studios, as well as the banks HSBC, Wells Fargo, Chase Manhattan, BoA, Lloyds of London, the IMF and Deutsche Bank, incl. their hotel chains, real estate developments and mortgages.
• After the RV/GCR banks will no longer lend money and only function as financial service centers. In 3 years all banks are expected to disappear.
• The NESARA part of GESARA is expected to be announced by US Speaker of House Kevin McCarthy 
• The Easter “Resurrection” celebrations in April represent the “New Beginning” for all “Meek” Humanity with the implementation of the worldwide RV/GCR Shambhala Humanitarian Project and NESARA (US) and GESARA (worldwide) debt relief Laws and release of funds to all finally, to bring in Shambhala swiftly replacing all cities, corruption and money effortlessly.
• The Real Estate crash will now wipe out all banks.
• Daily Mail Australia, “A major Australia bank will end cash withdrawals from its branches as the end of paper notes looms.” The end of fiat cash is near. They are trying to go all digital and then bring in the CBDC to be programable so they can control how you spend your money and eventually be able to make your CBDC money expire or disallow certain products.
• Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand now have digital payment systems that enable payments in local currencies. How long will it be until this starts being initiated worldwide? There are only a few Countries left. Goodbye to fiat US dollar hegemony!
• Fiat US Dollar changed over to Gold/asset-backed US Treasury Note on April 1.
• Hal Turner news said, “A bank holiday is expected in April for a week and debit cards and ATM’s will go down that week (won’t work).
• Several bank stocks are crashing, incl. First Republic Bank, Western Alliance, and more, in the aftermath of the SVB and Signature Bank closings.
• Hal Turner News said, “There is expected to be a week-long bank holiday in April and debit cards and ATMs will not work as the full switch to QFS occurs.”
• Charlie Ward said, “Swift will close down and all banks left worldwide will go digital on QFS starting April 1.”

The Real News for Tues. 11 April 2023:

• Later Trump and EA will reconnect the gap to China in major World Peace talks and Trump will connect the new US Gold-backed notes on QFS to end the world markets and again an open bridges Alliance will be made with a new China freed from the CCP. Trump will make Peace with Xi and Putin after the Storm and all will be exposed over EBS as we head into the necessary world scare Event of US vs China.
• There are already 110 Countries that have signed up to join the BRICS. France, Italy, Spain, Hungary, Germany, Netherlands, Slovakia, and Poland are secretly buying gas from Russia. 4.800 million people support China and Russia. It makes sense that these European Countries are falling, too, into the BRICS orbit.

9. Monitors elections and prevents illegal election activities of special interest groups.

10. Creates a new U.S. Treasury, ‘rainbow currency,’ backed by gold, silver, and platinum precious metals, ending the bankruptcy of the United States initiated by Franklin Roosevelt in 1933.

11. Forbids the sale of American birth certificate records as chattel property bonds by the US Department of Transportation.

12. Initiates new U.S. Treasury Bank System in alignment with Constitutional Law.

13. Eliminates the Federal Reserve System. During the transition period the Federal Reserve will be allowed to operate side by side of the U.S. Treasury for one year in order to remove all Federal Reserve notes from the money supply.

14. Restores financial privacy.

15. Retrains all judges and attorneys in Constitutional Law.

16. Ceases all aggressive, U.S. government military actions worldwide.

17. Establishes peace throughout the world.

18. Releases enormous sums of money for humanitarian purposes.

19. Enables the release of over 6,000 patents of suppressed technologies that are being withheld from the public under the guise of national security, including free energy devices, antigravity, and sonic healing machines.
