To change or question the religion of the country was very dangerous, but during the reign of notorious Tudor King, Henry VIII there was an Englishman who wished to bring the word of the Bible to the people.

William Tyndale could not understand why the Bible was not in English and able to be read by the people. He petitioned to be allowed to work on a translation but was told this was incredibly serious and was eventually forced out of England to go and work in Germany and Belgium. Whilst here he managed to translate the New Testament and then he smuggled copies of his translation back to England, but it was said that those who possessed a copy would be burned at the stake.

Tyndale could never return back to England, but there were many who wanted him dead including Sir Thomas More. He was sought by heretic hunters and was eventually betrayed and arrested. He was placed on trial for heresy and was sentenced to death for this, to be executed by strangling and then burned at the stake.

In front of a huge crowd in a European city, Tyndale was executed in barbaric and brutal scenes. But 3 years after his death, Henry VIII had adopted Tyndale’s bible and his translation and every village was ordered across England to go and display a copy of his translation.

Though the Catholic Church was not the first to commit Mass Genocide of those who had opposing beliefs or those who exposed their SECRETS, they were by far the most prolific of MURDERERS.

In our modern day, it is far more obvious to those who know the history of the early Catholic Purge of other Religions that it was far more about Worldly Power than GOD or Spiritual Worship. Sadly, the vast majority of those in our modern day Do Not Know That History.

To the modern thinker it would be quite obvious if such Religious such slaughter was to take place once again-

But then, the entire Roman Catholic Church was Not What Jesus Would Do.
It was created to establish Dominion and Rule over the Lives of Men and Nations, not for the Kingdom of GOD or Man’s Salvation.

The Persecution, Torture and Murder of early Scientific Pioneers and Free Thinkers such as Bruno and Galileo however has a much closer relationship to the type of Persecution we are facing today.

In our modern day Western World the Powers That Be do not as yet have the power to openly conduct a Political Inquisition.

But we are quickly nearing that day and level of Tyranny. It was not that long ago that such happened in China and Russia.

But those who speak the truth that is threatening to the Globalist Tyrants Power are still in Danger of Assassination or Imprisonment.

The number of Doctors and Inventors who have been murdered in the last 50 years for threatening the power of the Ruling Elite is incalculable. But it must  surely be a vast number indeed.

I am revisiting the Persecution and Slaughter of those who Translated the Bible into the Common Tongue because it is not a well known fact among the modern public. And we are approaching the rise of a similar type of persecution now.

And those who fail to learn the Lessons of History will be Forced to Relive it…

Nothing makes this more clear than the Persecution of those who dared to Translate the Bible into the common tongue for the common man’s ability to read the Holy Scriptures.

Does GOD not want men to know?

The Stranglehold that the Catholic Church had on Religion, Worship, Spiritual Practice and Worldly Control over Kings and Nations is very similar to the Stranglehold that the Globalists have over our modern day Political System and control over Society at large.

But instead of hiding behind the false pretext of Religious Beliefs as a means of Power and Wealth, POWER AND WEALTH IS THEIR MODERN DAY RELIGION.

Only those who blindly served the Church rose to positions of power and authority. The more ruthless the better.

There is no more devious a mind than a Devout Jesuit of high attainment in the execution of his service to Black Pope.

THERE IS NO DIRTY TRICK, NOR EVIL DEED THAT THEY WILL NOT COMMIT

That is very close to where we are now with modern day Politics and Government.

The Vatican does not serve GOD.

The Vatican serves the Vatican.

The DC Swamp does not serve America of We The People

The Bloody History of Bible Translators

The men who did the pioneer dirty work of turning Hebrew and Greek scriptures into English rather than the authorized Latin were savagely persecuted. The heresy there, was opening up the text to commoners, who would be able to read the Bible on their own for the first time.

The history of these early Bible translators is like the history of religious wars: two sides in horrible conflict over religious choice. Likewise, these early translators lived and died according to prevailing doctrine. For their iniquity, the brave decoders were often mortally punished, though today these vile scholars are celebrated.

The history of Bible translation is as terrible as it is enthralling. Terrible because of the courageous translators’ torture and death and enthralling because in the history of the translator, as in war, we observe deadly battles over ideas.

War, of course, dominated the European continent for much of early modern history. In Western Europe, from 1524 to 1648, religious wars continuously roared on between Roman Catholics and Protestants: we have the Eighty Years’ War in the Lowlands (1568–1648), the French Wars of Religion (1562–1598), the Thirty Years’ War (1618–1648), and the English Civil War (1642–1651).

These civil and international wars annihilated national and daily being; populations suffered and diminished. Losses in the millions were not uncommon during those years: three million people died during the Crusades, the great war between Christianity and Islam.

At the same time, clergy and scholars were waging a hot war over Bible translation. The clergy wished to maintain exclusive knowledge of the text while scholars sought to open the Bible to the common reader.

These scholars, however, even if they were professors at Oxford or Cambridge, were completely unprotected by their institutions.

One of these men was John Wyclif (ca. 1330–1384), master of Balliol College at Oxford. Wyclif, known as the “flower of Oxford scholarship” ventured the first translation of the Bible into English. Poor sap — to be so virtuous and courageous! Wyclif actually knew no Hebrew or Greek, so relied on Saint Jerome’s Latin Vulgate to make his way. This blasphemous act — making the Bible heard and read in common English, not Latin — made him a criminal.

In 1401, Archbishop Arundel fumed at Wyclif: “The pearl of the Gospel is scattered abroad and trodden underfoot by swine. […] This pestilent and wretched John Wyclif, of cursed memory, that son of the old serpent!” Wyclif only escaped prosecution by dying just in time. His Oxford colleagues however were all burned alive.

Even 40 years after his death, his bones were dug up, burned, and thrown into the River Swift. And yet, in some ways, he had the last laugh. After his death, Wyclif’s manuscripts were twice as popular as Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales. (Lordy, what he endured in life!)
