During my foreclosure back in 2005, 2006, and until June 28, 2007 (I dragged it out for over two years) when on the afternoon of June 28 I was arrested and forcibly evicted from my home (that I paid for three times over) by a 30 man SWAT Team. I fucked with my adversaries good.
Almost daily I would go to the County Courthouse to visit various players in my persecution and enslavement. I just had a few questions. You know… But no matter what time I showed up; before lunch or after, all of their offices would be closed and the doors locked.
I would wear loud Hawaiian shirts so they’d see me coming on their security cameras.
I attempted to record a CAT (Commercial Affidavit of Truth) with the County Recorder and the Corporate Counsel refused to let it be record. Several government officers violated several United States Codes in an ongoing basis.
I did ultimately lose my home of 17 years, and I spent a night in jail facing 9 months in State Prison and a $15,000 fine for defying a court order and resisting arrest (an order that was never signed by a judge BTW…) but because I know how to sign my name without liability, before my court date of August 31 I received a wet ink signature (in blue ink) letter from the newly elected DA dismissing all the charges.
Case was dismissed because of how I signed my $5000 Signature Bond. I, was not the droid they were looking for.
