Kim Goguen who claims to be the “Ground Commander” & “Guardian of the Assets”, works in a US military installation, as she has described this to her audience when describing her day to day activities, … . She also claims that the world is run by a very old pyramidic hierarchy, that passes its orders down, from 1 person down to many. It used to be 3 people at the top, but 2 of them are no longer here. This 1 person at the top now, is Kim Goguen (KG), according to her. Also all generals receive their orders from the “Order of the Black Sun” & “Order of the Dragon” (the Dragon Families), which they should now receive their orders from her, as the in between, people, the “Parents, Covens & Coven-Masters” have been all recently removed. Kim claims to be the “Guardian” of the “Global Assets”, w/ the power to approve “Congressional Bills” & have them recorded, if approved by her, onto the “Hall Of Records”. She says that in her neighborhood, about 12,000 people, everyone knows what she does, & they have “23 White (SCIF – Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility) Rooms”, which are secured communications rooms, that no one can listen into, but they are also used to “monitor everything that goes on, in her own town”, & she even said that “Retired Extremely Dangerous People” have to “check in” into these “monitoring facilities”, once a day or once a week, depending,… & that “they” get a brief “on everything she is doing”,… & because…
