The IRS twice sent SWAT Teams to take away their fully paid for home even after the senior couple won their case in a federal tax court that they owed no monies to the IRS. All their possessions were thrown away, even expensive equipment Ken used to make a living. Ken was recently arrested, convicted of burglarizing his own fully paid for home and was presently in jail serving his sentence. Re: Ken Cromar Motion To Dismiss

I am in receipt of the email contained below my response specifically addressed to Wendy Kay, Raland, and Darren Brunson. As requested, I am currently reviewing and interpreting (for public consumption) the Motion to Dismiss.

Now that Ken has been sentenced/convicted by Judge Johnson in Barbara and Ken’s case (of burglarizing their own home etc.) in the 4th District Court, it is my belief that the federal judge will take advantage of the Motion to Dismiss as a means to distance himself and the federal court from “a Glaring Case of Double Jeopardy. The good news to that is Barbie & Ken have already filed multiple appeals (Applications for Writs of Habeas Corpus) to every appellate court and each appeal has been ignored and un-responded to.

I believe that has set the stage for Ken’s appeal as an Emergency Rule #11 Appeal to SCOTUS. The fact that the federal government held a “new” grand jury and then charge Ken Cromar for essentially the same crime he had been tried for by Judge Johnson can show the corruption in the IRS and the DOJ orchestrating together (RICO) to Steal the Cromar’s Home, and to collectively Deny the Cromars of their God-Given Constitutional Rights to Due Process.

There is no greater evidence of this than the Court(s) repeated refusal to accept the Cromar’s filings under a claim that the filings were frivolous. The acknowledgement by the IRS through it’s crooked Commissioner Charles Rettig that the Cromars’ did not own any taxes between 1990 and 2020 would be anything but frivolous. Yet, the Court(s) repeatedly refused that specific information from the Cromars, or in the Friend of the Court Brief filed on the Cromars’ behalf, because they were not filed by “Bar Licensed” attorneys – 18 U.S. Code § 242 – Deprivation of rights under color of law.

The amount of noise generated by Barbie & Ken’s battle with Goliath IRS (and now the DOJ) makes it impossible for anyone in the Court to claim that they did not know about the IRS’ admission and thus the coordinated attempts to avoid addressing the Cromars’ Defenses proves the Conspiracy to Deny them of their Rights. 18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights.

The Cromar Case is a National Emergency because the DOJ and the IRS (along with the other Alphabet Agencies) have been weaponized and have Declared War Against We the People. Those elites, who through their Oaths of Office swore to Protect and Defend the Constitution have established a two-tier system of justice, in their attempts to Deny We the People of Our God-Given Rights. There is no better evidence of this Conspiracy than the abuses sustained by the Cromars, which is comparable evidence of the lawful violations of Constitutional Rights being denied in the other current cases being heard by SCOTUS. – Yes, it is an Epidemic Crisis of Nation Proportion.
