If Derek Johnson is correct and Donald John Trump “is” the Commander-In-Chief and has been the Commander-In-Chief for the past 3 years
then Donald Trump is responsible for ORDERING the Airborne Laser Caused Fires in Paradise, CA, Maui, Hawaii, and now Texas.
In addition, according to Dane Wigington of Geoengineering Watch, Hurricane Ian that struck Florida in 2018, killing more than 150 Americans
had to have been Ordered by Donald Trump as well. Only the PRESIDENT can order the use of HAARP, which Wigington strongly feels was used
