Colorado has intentionally removed the requirement for the voter to sign the ballot mailed to them before placing it in the envelope, signing the envelope, and submitting the envelope with the ballot. Previously the voter was required to sign both the ballot and the envelope. Now Colorado says your ballot is invalid if you sign it. Unsigned ballots cannot be audited, and any number of fraudulent ballots can be added.
