I wanted to watch the event because I had questions ! How the hell was this eclipse going to defy the logic of the moon that goes east to west but in this event moving the moon southwest to northeast ?????
I went out early trying to see the location of the new moon . I know that means the dark moon , but even in the dark moon a hint of its outer boarders can be seen if you find it’s location , I have did it a many a times . Why did I look for it ??? Because I wanted to see if it truly was coming from the southwest . I saw no moon at all anywhere near the sun . At around 2:15 I began checking on the eclipse .
Nothing showed until 2:21 , but then it had a big chunk already into the sun . What ??? And it was coming from the southwest . But I saw no outer boarder image that would have showed because of the glow of the sun on it . A man had posted he had special camera with special lenses and saw no moon either .
The moon kept moving into the sun but suddenly it began turning . In My mind I thought it is going to head back east to west . I live in Virginia so we did not get full sun covering . But before it left out of the sun the moon began turning again . I even told those standing there to have witnesses .
