I received an email today from Darrin Smith, Lead Creative Editor, The Shawn Ryan Show. The subject line said: 3:22-cv-00912 original complaint

Hello,
I am the lead editor to a podcast called The Shawn Ryan Show. I am researching the complaints filed regarding the matter in the link below. Without having to pay the federal government through “PACER” to get documents that should be free to everyone – Would you be able to provide me with any PDF’s of the original complaints? I need order of filings, answers to accusations, etc. Where did the complaints of the satanic rituals go? Did any of this go further than the original filings? Thank you in advance.

I, Timothy Charles Holmseth, am an FBI witness in the Jeffrey Epstein child trafficking case and was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI in 2010 (at the request of the Jacksonville, Florida FBI).

I cannot electronically transmit the files of Holmseth v. Page et al (RICO) – 3:22-cv-00912 (Tennessee) that The Shawn Ryan Show is requesting, because if I do, I face being arrested for ‘violating’ an INJUNCTION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REPEAT VIOLENCE that was FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINED using a FRAUDLENT FORM and then issued against me from a FAMILY COURT in BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, where I have NEVER BEEN and have zero (0) domestic relationships. The fraudulently obtained LIFETIME ORDER issued by Judge Michael G. Kaplan forced me to retroactively remove lawfully/legally published content from the Web and further ordered I NEVER talk about, or even THINK ABOUT, certain people (while I’m talking) or I will go to PRISON. The ORDER also ordered me to turn over all by firearms and ammunition to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office despite me (1) never having been to Florida, (2) me NOT being charged with any crime, (3) me NOT being a felon, (4) me having NO domestic relationships in Florida.

When Jeffrey Epstein’s people tried to use the Order to have me arrested for a FELONY, the FRAUDULENT ORDER was shot down by Broward County States Attorney Marie Wolfe (see image attached). However, Jeffrey Epstein’s people just plowed forward. They emailed the ORDER to the East Grand Forks Police Department in Minnesota whereupon Attorney Ronald Galstad used the fraudulent order to begin kidnapping me in Polk County, Minnesota.

The Shawn Ryan Show also asked me, “Where did the complaints of the satanic rituals go?”. It appears Darrin Smith is mistaking my federal RICO in Tennessee, with a federal case in Minnesota – Erickson v. Sawyer et al – 0:21-cv-02536. It appears The Shawn Ryan Show is seeking the affidavits of Jessie Marie Czebotar, which were filed into this Minnesota case UNDER SEAL by former administrative tribunal judge Randi Lynn Erickson, who escrowed the affidavits for Czebotar.
