“Do you still have the SEALS protecting you?” Patrick Byrne asked Attorney Lin Wood.

Tostrud participated in a racketeering scheme with Craig Randall Sawyer, V4CR, and attorneys (i.e., Droel Law) whereby the U.S. Court was used as an “instrumentality” of organized crime. Tostrud ABRUPTLY ruled against Plaintiff’s escrow agent, Randi Lynn Erickson, after Erickson, seeking to move the case into MILITARY JURISDICTION, filed a MOTION demanding that DEFENDANT SAWYER put his military status and background on the record in writing.
