The Karis Project is an Indigenous survivor-led grassroots movement for humanity dedicated to constitutional literacy, lawful petitioning, public education, and evidence-based civic engagement.

What We Do
- Prepare and share evidence packages for people seeking to report harm or petition government.

This work is urgent. When survivors are not heard, predators are protected. When evidence is suppressed, public safety is weakened. When institutions fail to coordinate across borders or jurisdictions, families are left exposed and accountability becomes nearly impossible. The Karis Project was created to challenge that failure by helping ordinary people use evidence, lawful complaints, petitions, oversight requests, media outreach, and civic pressure to demand action.

Constitutional Accountability
We work to ensure that government institutions remain answerable to the Constitution and to the laws they are sworn to uphold. Through lawful means, including the First Amendment right to petition for redress of grievances, The Karis Project helps citizens call public power back to its proper purpose: serving the people.
Public Education
We believe people are stronger when they understand their rights, how government is structured, and how lawful civic action works. The Karis Project equips citizens with knowledge, context, and practical pathways for participation, oversight, and accountability.
Family Preservation
Families should not be broken by systems that were created to protect them. The Karis Project advocates for reform in family courts, child welfare systems, and related government institutions so that children are protected, parents are heard, and families have a fair path toward restoration.
Combating Human Trafficking
Human trafficking thrives when warning signs are ignored and institutions fail to act. The Karis Project works to expose failures that enable child and human trafficking, while advocating for meaningful protections that help prevent exploitation, protect victims, and demand accountability from the systems entrusted with public safety.
The Petition for Redress of Grievances is not merely a historical idea. It is an applied example of how ordinary citizens can organize documented concerns, present them to representatives, and request oversight, investigation, and legislative review through mechanisms established by the Founders.
About the Petition
The First Amendment to the United States Constitution guarantees the right of the people to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. This right is among the most fundamental protections within the American constitutional system, providing citizens with a lawful means of requesting that government officials investigate concerns, address grievances, and consider appropriate corrective action.
As the United States approaches the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, The Karis Project recognizes the historic significance of petitioning government for redress. In 1776, 56 men signed the Declaration of Independence, placing before the world the causes that compelled the American colonies to seek separation from tyranny.

In that same constitutional tradition, on March 13, 2026, Dale J. Richardson, on behalf of DSR Karis North Consulting Inc. and the inhabitants of the United States of America, authored and signed the historic Petition for Redress of Grievances together with four original signatories: Kaysha Richardson, Adrienna DiCioccio, Colleen Smith, and Mitch Snow. The petition was subsequently delivered by original signatory Adrienna DiCioccio to Representative Anna Paulina Luna in Washington, D.C., during the 119th Congress of the United States.
Since its delivery, the petition has continued to receive public support. Twenty additional citizens have appended their signatures, bringing the current total to twenty-five signatories.
The petition documents alleged constitutional violations, institutional failures, and matters of significant public concern supported by documentary evidence, witness testimony, expert analysis, engineering analysis, and public records research. It respectfully requests that Congress undertake appropriate oversight, investigation, and legislative action consistent with its constitutional responsibilities.
The petition further respectfully demands that Congress or the President initiate the powers under Article IV, Section 4 in aid of a comprehensive investigation into crimes that the petitioners contend threaten the continued preservation of a republican form of government. Among the matters presented for investigation are allegations of judicial branch corruption, systemic malfeasance and gross negligence by government agencies, crimes related to the COVID-19 response, allegations of cruel and unusual punishment, torture, and human and child trafficking in violation of the United Nations Convention Against Torture, the Eighth Amendment, and the Thirteenth Amendment, together with allegations that government agencies withheld critical information that could have materially affected the declaration of a national emergency under the National Emergencies Act.
The petition requests that Congress and the President investigate the evidence presented, determine the facts, and take such legislative, executive, or other lawful actions as may be warranted to preserve the Constitution, uphold the rule of law, protect the rights of the people, and maintain the republican form of government guaranteed by the Constitution.
