Radio Station For Cats Flooded With Sympathies After Beloved Manager's Death
“She died in my arms and it was heartbreaking. It’s been rough but we’re somehow getting through it. We’re touched by all the sympathies and well wishes we’ve received from listeners and viewers. Isis’s work will continue even though she isn’t here physically, but she’ll be missed. There’s still a feeling she’s still around watching over us,” Rosen said.
Isis was buried Sunday along with 2 kittens during an emotional ceremony on the grounds of Safe Haven For Animals a local cat rescue organization. Rosen says not just any cat will get that honor, which clearly shows just how much she was loved, respected and revered by both cats and humans alike. In her lifetime, Isis was featured in quite a number of news stories, radio and TV broadcasts because of her work in creating Cat Galaxy. Isis was an owner and station manager until her death, but was also involved with Panther TEK
her human’s computer repair company also based in Phoenix. Her likeness also graced both brands as well.“Isis was a true working cat and definitely had a paw in everything we did. She’s going to be missed and was well loved. There’s no doubt she left a legacy behind,” Rosen added.
Besides being involved in Cat Galaxy and Panther TEK, Isis was also involved in the animal rescue community. Nohl says that he credits her for him getting involved in cat rescue and has vowed to continue her work of helping cats.
