Baby Deer Won't Leave the Human Who Saved Her Life (Video)
(N.Morgan) A once in a lifetime meeting becomes something far more endearing and touching for a man and a baby deer. A Lithuanian out doors man Darius Sasnauskas had a chance to witness a birth of two baby deer in his backyard near the Yellowstone National Park in the US. Unfortunately, one of them was injured and soon abandoned by her family because she was unable keep up with them.
“With so many predators around, she had no chance to survive on her own,” Darius writes in his video caption. He decided to bring her home. “I do not support keeping wild animals as pets, but this was [a] special situation,” he writes.
After a lot of tender loving care, the baby deer regained her health and it was time for her to be free again.
However, the bond between her and Darius was so strong, that she kept coming back to him. Nevertheless, one very special evening she finally reunited with her family.
She couldn’t keep up with her family and was left behind – her mother never came back
“With so many predators around, she had no chance to survive on her own,” said Darius
He brought the baby deer home and made her a leg brace from an oatmeal box
Darius fed her every 4 hours and his dog repeatedly licked the fawn’s face
Soon the baby deer learned to walk again
“She’s already used to me, and she follows me…but nobody can replace her real mom”
Darius tried to release her back to the wild many times, but she always returned to him
Finally, one evening the mom showed up and the baby deer rejoined her family; a few months later Darius spotted her once again, growing up fast and enjoying her life to the fullest.

Driving home on Christmas Day from family celebration this year there was a young buck who had been struck by a car and was sitting up in the middle of the country highway completely dazed and bewildered. I quickly pulled the car over and jump out… We had several visiting citizens from another country in our vehicle whom were attending a local college riding in our vehicle at this time. Several family members yelled at me not to run out into the oncoming traffic. I picked the buck up not realizing how big he truly was and carried him to the side of the road and laid him in the brush. To me and it was worth the compassion to put oneself in jeopardy for another soul. I do not know if he survived but it was worth the risk. When our vehicle was turned around to pick me up from the side of the highway I received many words of kindness for my actions. Worth its weight in gold. One only hopes to have the opportunity to give back to life and to demonstrate to others important of realizing when presented with a chance to take action not to hesitate.
One day while riding his bike in broad daylight my son witnessed a big deer hit by an oncoming car and thrown to the side of the roadway. Since he was a former Florida Fish and Game agent and decided to investigate the deer as it was still just barely breathing. He gave it mouth to snout for a few minutes and the deer started to breathe on it’s own. He could not get up as one of his hind legs were broken. A cop came up to my son and ranted and raved that he could have gotten injured with the antlers and now he had to get up off his ass and call in a Game Warden to take the injured deer away instead of calling garbage pick up to collect the dead body. I was so proud of my son to have done that good deed as there are so many deer here in Ohio that are not given a second chance once they are hit by cars and I see their dead bodies at the side of the road all the time.
The story of the man raising the fawn is truly a remarkable story in that the mom did come back for fawn. I am an animal lover and this was a wonderful story. Thank you so much for this story.

Your misleading people with this story. Yes, man did live with these dinosaurs, but it was in THE FIRST EARTH AGE, that has been suppressed and taken out of the books completely. It’s very clear that dinosaurs have been living alongside us much more recently than THE FIRST EARTH AGE, as you describe it.
Many are the credible evidences of this fact, from Job 40 and 41 to Bishop Bell to Marco Polo to the Ica stones to Beowulf…the list goes on.
Not to mention the soft tissues preserved in just about every dinosaur fossil dug up, and the accompanying nauseating stench of carrion, which is very well known to palaeontologists.
