Add whole grains instead to your regular diet as they haven’t been stripped of their vitamins and minerals. You will feel fuller faster and have more energy. 

3. Drink Enough Water

Sometimes our bodies think we are hungry for food but they actually want water. By drinking water before your meal, you can curb your appetite and eat the appropriate portion size.

4. Bake Rather Than Fry
