How The Feds 'Quantitative Easing 2' will affect the average Americans and small businesses

First of all what is Quantitative Easing? It is a Monetary Policy used by the central bank to increase the money supply by increasing the excess reserves. For those that don’t understand exactly what it means, it means that more paper money gets printed by the Federal Reserve. That also means that the value of money will keep going down until somebody stops the money printing presses.

So what will this mean for the average American and small businesses? It won’t be good news at all in fact you can call it bad news.

Inflation will definitely happen since value of the dollar will be taken out of the average Americans hands. If the extra money printed is not given to the average American people then this means more money is stolen out of the average hard working Americans hands and more is given to the Government and giant Mega Corporations.

First of all say the value of the dollar goes down to 50 cent then it’s like somebody robbing half of your money out of your household and the robber doesn’t get arrested at all by the police.

Also small businesses will fall as well since they aren’t taking part in the Federal Reserves pyramid Scheme. Since they can’t bribe police officers or even politicians small businesses aren’t considered worthy and will fall out from this society once the dollar tumbles. You may say that they will all go out of business with all the new taxes and the dollars value tumbling.

If you want me to explain even more of what will happen well then I will tell you exactly what will happen.

Value is due to rarity. The more dollar bills there are, the less rare the dollar is therefore the dollar is less valuable to everybody. So if somebody saved up $1,000 dollars and the value of the dollar is cut in half then what you have really saved up is really $500 but it gets worse. If everybody starts inflating their prices on things such as gasoline, milk, eggs, and practically everything that is for sale then that means saved up money will go through easily which means Americans will easily go into debt if they aren’t in it already.

Then I forgot to mention even more how bad this will be for small businesses. First of all many to all of the employees will start demanding more raises because they can’t survive the extra inflation. Then of course everything small businesses will buy will start inflating in price so if they can’t come up with all of the extra cash to keep going they will simply belly out or either be forced to accept grant money or bailouts. If they cannot get any kind of extra cash to be kept going many will be forced into business debt or bankruptcy.

In other words this is not looking good and I’m sure many Americans will either rebel this thing peacefully or take it with their shot guns. Many Americans won’t just sit back and take it while more and more of their savings, social security insurance, pensions, and all their hard earned tax-funded services goes down the toilet then Americans will start paying more taxes to pay for their debts.

We will just see how things go!
