Demchek is buying the US Arm of BBVA, the Spanish Narco-Terrorism Bank.  The Intel Report on BBVD Below shows just how Criminally Rotten this Bank Really is.  But the Article missed 1 thing.  In 2007, BBVA just up and Bought Compas Bank Shares, a US Bank.  That would be like The Bank of China buying out Bank of America, so the purchase requires Approval from the Federal Reserve.  George W.
