One day, I walked by a clinic. There were many patients waiting in line. One of them looked very anxious, pressing his left finger with his right hand. I went over to him and asked him what was the matter. He said he was a chef and had cut himself while chopping meat. The cut was deep and bleeding severely. Yes. Urine does stop bleeding. I once cut my finger, although it was not nreally a deep wound, i did seem to keep bleeding longer than a normal (minor) cut, and so decided to pee on it because someone had told me about this years earlier when I had cut my finger quite deeply. Although, I did not try it the first time around, I did decide to give a try the last time and sure enough it worked immediately. I will admit that it really stung pretty hard when it first struck the inside of the wound.
Used by many a soldier during the WWI and WWII to sterilize wounds and still taught in jungle warefare techniques I believe – maggots also make an excellent wound cleanser.
