It is hard to fathom allowing another entity into your soul or body and giving it complete control, but some do, whether by misfortune or through playing with fire and trying to summons the creatures into our realm.
Jinns are supernatural creatures in Islamic mythology as well as pre-Islamic Arabian mythology.
They are mentioned frequently in the Quran (the 72nd sura is titled Sūrat al-Jinn) and other Islamic texts and inhabit an unseen world in dimensions beyond the visible universe of humans.
The Quran says that the jinn are made of a smokeless and “scorching fire”, but are also physical in nature, being able to interfere physically with people and objects and likewise be acted upon.
The jinn, humans and angels make up the three sapient creations of God. Like human beings, the jinn can be good, evil, or neutrally benevolent and hence have free will like humans and unlike angels.
The shaytan jinn are the analogue of demons in Christian tradition, but the jinn are not angels and the Quran draws a clear distinction between the two creations.
The Quran states in surat Al-Kahf (The Cave), Ayah 50, that Iblis (Azazel) is one of the jinn.

The Jinn are real but this video is a bad example. If you need evidence then Google any videos related to channeling. The ignorant channelers think they are channeling angels / E.T.s / spirit guides / higher selves, whatever. But they are allowing themselves to be possessed by jinn. I’ve been to a real channeling session before I became a Muslim and there is VERY distinct difference in personality when someone begins channeling. Everything about them changes including their tone of voice, their body language, their articulation, and especially the information they give.
I’ll show you what I mean. There is a popular channeler called Daryl. He channels a jinn called Bashar. One video he’s faking it (perhaps to save his business, or maybe he’s rejected Bashar) and in another video he’s actually channeling Bashar. See if you can tell the difference and DO NOT be deceived by their charisma and “wisdom”. They will make you stray from Allah and join them in hell.

Be wary of the jinn. They are responsible for the wickedness in the world. They can implant suggestions into your mind to make you stray from Allah and sin. Repent to Allah with sincerity and seek forgiveness from Allah and they will have no power over you. Notice in the Muslim video how the Jinn says he failed because the victim sought forgiveness.

Very well said brother. I would like to add few things. Not all Jinns are bad though. Just like there are righteous human beings, there are righteous Jinns too. For Jinns it is probably more difficult to stay righteous and maintain moral high ground because of their fiery nature (Allah knows best). But again the harder the test, the bigger the reward.
When asked to fall prostrate to Adam (probably to show respect to him), Satan disobeyed Allah and started arguing about his superiority as a Jinn species over Human kind. But after mingling with Human race on earth for thousands of years, I personally think Satan must have realized his mistake by now. The reason Allah considers Human to be a superior creature over the Jinn kind is not because Human beings excel in doing good things only – when it comes to doing evil things human beings can out-gun and outsmart the Jinn kind in a big way too (again Allah knows best). If anyone (Jinn or Human being) wants to argue about the evil doing part, they can always check out the portfolio of Hillary.
I don’t think Satan should have any problem to fall prostrate to Hillary and her cohorts in oval office if given the command to do so by Allah today. Time and again, I think neocon zionists have proven that whatever Satan can do, they can do it better. Millions of dead babies and innocent civilians in Iraq, Libya and Syria just to provide a safe haven for petro dollar as reserve currency – that should qualify for a whole-hearted big-hug type recognition from Satan. The Jinn are MYTHOLOGICAL. Not real first of all. Demons, Satan’s angels cast out of heaven with him, are, however, real. They are attracted to anyone who has weaknesses, like lust for money, anyone who engages in fornication (non-scriptural sex), religion, or any of the other listed works of the flesh in the Bible. Anyone engaging in paganism (gambling, pagan religions, pagan holidays like Christmas, Easter, etc.) is also susceptible to demonic posession. If you engage in spiritism, like palm reading, Ouija, worship of the dead, Satanism, luck, and many other things you are also susceptible to demonic posession. They look for weaknesses to exploit. Since 99.99% of the world’s population turn their backs on God and instead cling to false religions (all religions are false according to scriptures) then there are a lot of people upon whom demons prey. There is but one way to expel them, and exhorcisms are not that way. An exhorcism is a made up and false way to rid one of a demon. The religion using exhorcisms itself is Satanic in origin and practice. To remove a demon, you must always do the will of God, and then use his personal name, not his title, God, in removing the demon. Since few people even know his personal name, they think it’s Yahweh or Yeshua, then they haven’t a chance at the removal.
