NASA Lied the Earth Does Not Spin. My Teachers Lied Too
Does the earth actually spin at 1000 mph rotating once every 24 hours? Can we prove that? How come we don’t feel anything? These are very interesting questions to which there are only ambiguous answers. And most people have never questioned it, they just believe it because that is what we were taught in school. Since then NASA has shown us countless images of a round spinning earth. But is it true?
A rotation of 1000 mph is 1500 feet per second. This means that every second, the earth moves 1500 feet from west to east. And every 3.5 seconds it moves one mile. To test this theory, I asked a pilot about it. ”When you are approaching a north/south runway for a landing, and you lock on to the runway, because the earth is rotating west to east at 1500 feet per second, how do you land the plane, or do you have to make adjustments for this.” He looked at me rather stunned, and then repeated this quietly to himself, motioning with his hands the plane coming down and the earth rotating, then he looked at me and said “I can’t answer that, I don’t know”. ”But you do land the plane” I said? “Yes” he said with a puzzled look on his face “but no one ever asked me that before.”
So I checked with a science teacher. She said that yes the earth spins, and the reason that the plane can land is because the air and the clouds and the plane are all moving at the same speed as the earth. So I asked her if that meant that as soon as a plane takes off on a north/south runway it is moving along with the air at 1000 mph from west to east. She said that it did. So I asked her if that meant that the plane that was coming in for a landing was then flying sideways faster than forward because the forward speed was only about 300 mph at that stage. She wasn’t sure. So I asked her if that also meant that if the plane aborted the landing and turned west would it be facing a 1000 mph headwind seeing as the air is moving at the same speed as the earth from west to east. She kind of rolled her eyes upward and said no she didn’t think so. I asked why but she made an excuse that she had other things to do and couldn’t talk right now. I think she thought I was some kind of nut.
So here is the problem. No one has answers to these kinds of hard questions. But science tells us that the air and clouds move at the same speed as the earth. That is 1000 mph. So next time you look out your window on a calm day when there are soft billowy clouds in the sky, remember that they are actually moving at 1000 mph and so is the air. This is 5 times faster than a category 5 hurricane. If you look on You Tube at category 5 hurricanes, and compare it to what is out your window, you will see the difference. The air outside your window is actually, according to science, (and you can look this up to verify it) the air is actually moving 5 times faster from west to east than a category 5 hurricane. And yet it looks like it’s a calm sunny day with billowy clouds. Amazing isn’t it?
Do you still believe that the earth spins at this speed? I don’t. But I was taught this in school. But now I know better. NASA and the government, and my teachers, all lied to me. Thank God someone told me about this once, and I was just as skeptical about it as you might be right now. But I did some research and I found that they were right. So now I am telling you. we have this thing called gravity that basicly explains it all…im not too good at explaining these kind of things but if you look up how exactly it is that the earth gravity field is formed and works then you will understand that your theory is very fllawed.
Hi there. So we know you no expert on gravity, but my question is REALLY simple I think even an idiot should be able to answer. I weigh roughly 200 pounds. I know that my mass is the same whether I am on the equator or on one of the poles right. However, the centrifugal force should be rather different at the equator from the poles. Let me explain. If I hold one end of a rope and you hold the other end and I start rotating, you will feel the force as you are rotating with the end of the rope you are holding. I wont’ feel that force because I am standing still in one place. The spinning earth model does the same thing. If I feel the same amount of centrifugal force on both the equator and on the poles, this means that either gravity is different or the earth is not spinning, because we know that my mass is the same. Would you care to explain this.
Look up how exactly it is that the earth gravity field is formed? We should just turn on the tv set where all the truth comes from and listen to Bill Nye the science guy too right?

If you use some basic math for example, 360 degrees of a circle, times the 365.25 day cycle of Earth, multiply by one thousand and divide by 5280, which is the number of feet in a mile, we will arrive at the circumference of the equator. 1000x360x365.2= the number of feet. divide this by the number of feet in a mile,5280, and you will have the circumference of the Earth with out leaving your house. If you then divide the circumference of Earth by 360 degrees you will get the distance between the lines of latitude as well as longitude, which is 68 miles or 111. km. The math of the Gods is known as the Great Design. Whether the Earth is flat or round, one thing is obvious, and that is the Math is Round.

You have absolutely no idea whether it’s true or not, so how about easing up on the “Im smarter than you” comments and just spend some time thinking about how you would answer the questions asked in the article with something other than- “we have this thing called gravity”.
If we didn’t have this thing called gravity, we would all fly of into space. We are traveling at the same speed as the Earth is rotating, so to us, it feels as though the Earth isn’t moving at all.
Bacchus: If you really believe what you just wrote about gravity, then I suggest you take a trip to a playground and take a ride on the Merry Go Round because then you will see that a spinning object exerts energy outward from the center. Apply that to the earth and you will see how ridiculous it is to suggest that our earth is spinning at 1000 mph. Heck, at that speed, nothing could “stick” to the earth. Try it and see. The Earth Does Not Spin, if it did we wouldn’t be here. Centrifugal force overcomes “gravity” even at a very low speed.
The given example does not work, because: On a Merry Go Round, the centrifugal force is exerted outwards from the centre, while gravity acts downwards.
On a spinning globe, the centrifugal force is exerted upwards, while gravity acts downwards. So, you are not comparing apples with apples.
On a spinning globe, the two forces act in opposite directions, cancelling out each other’s effect.
Gravity’s “downwards” effect is simply stronger than the centrifugal force “upwards” effect.
What we feel, is simply the left-over difference between the two forces.
Also, on your website you say this:

You’ve said yourself, the horizon is about 20 miles away IN EVERY DIRECTION. How else is this possible, than due to being on the surface of a globe?
We can see much further than 20 miles, and with a telescope you would be able to see far beyond that.
If the Earth was flat and had an ice wall around it, then you would conceivably be able to see all the way to the ice wall, the horizon would not “drop off” at around 20 miles.
Ask a sailor, out on the ocean, you can also actually see those big cargo ships coming up OVER the horizon.
Not to start an argument with you, its just to point this out.
In the end, globe or flat, it does not matter; you may believe what you will it does not matter. What matters is, that we keep the Commandments!

Think twice about debating with fools. Onlookers may have a hard time telling the difference.
Your biggest problem jango is that you don’t understand several important
factors.
1. The earth is in a vacuum and that allows the atmosphere to travel
happily along with the earth as there is nothing in the vacuum to
slow down the atmosphere from spinning.. In other words, there is
nothing to “resist” that air from going around with the earth.
Most all of your thinking has the air not able to move along with
the Earth at 1000 mph, but when there is nothing to resist the force
of the wind, it goes unimpeded.. Once you begin to understand
that concept, things will get clearer for you.
2. You have this problem with rotation and its dynamics. Yes, the Earth
spins at nearly 1000 mph, and your mind seems to be locked into
a small sphere dynamic, instead of a large body dynamic. Since
the Earth is quite large, it can spin us around at 1000 mph, and we
don’t notice it. Now if we were on a small sphere at 1000 mph, yeah,
you would be quite right.. Not only would we notice it, we would fly
off.. So take your thinking and add “LARGE PLANET” into your thinking
and you will get closer to understanding.
3. In past posts you have mentioned something about how impossible it
is for us to be traveling 17,000 mph around the sun.. Again you are
thinking (flawed) about having resistance.. In fact it doesn’t matter
if we are flying around the galaxy at 3,000,000 miles per hour. There
is no resistance in a vacuum guy! It does not matter how fast the Earth
is going, there is nothing to resist it’s travel speed. Your brain seems
to equate speed with what you experience speed at going down a
road on a motorcycle or something with lots of wind resistance. There
IS no resistance at all, so it does not matter what our speed is, it is
actually not relevant to your thinking pattern here.
4. You guys all seem to be very angry at everything that came before you.
You channel your energy into promoting a fantasy on religious grounds.
Quit being angry. I am religious in a large way, but the things you claim,
are your own misinterpretations of the Bible. The Bible was written for
people of an old era to understand the best that they could. Firmament,
does not equate to a flat disc, okay? Just as how do you interpret the
“waters of the deep”? To me that was God’s description of space itself.
If you take that literally, you think “water”, but to read the passage,
everything was then water, when God separated light from darkness.
So in my thinking, he separated light from darkness, in space, or
whatever his original realm of creation was… Point here being, you

When you take off in an airplane, yes the earth spins below you on
a North South runway, but the air you are taking off into is actually going
the same speed as the earth, so naturally you would fly along in the air

that will make you fly sideways, unless there is a big storm coming at
you from the side.. How hard is that to understand? And the people you

The reason why you don’t feel it is because we are not accelerating. For the same reason that when you have a fly in your car.. When you are maintaining your velocity, the fly does not get thrown to the back window of the car when it leaves the top of the seat and starts flying. Inside your car becomes a closed system enabling it to fly about within the car. Lets face it, a fly could not fly at over 100 mph outside of a car, but with the car carrying it 95 mph can enable it to technically travel at that speed. Technically we are traveling a lot faster than the speed that the earth is spinning.. We are traveling around the sun at 18.3 miles per second, which orbits the galaxy at 143 miles per second, which in turn is moving at 370 miles per second..
We are the “Fly in the car”.. The fly does not feel the velocity of the car, nor does it have any trouble landing on your face while driving.
Your answer would only make sense if all wind currents were blowing west to east like the supposed spin of the Earth but we know that is not the case and we have wind currents blowing from all directions.
Then you have to consider the altitude that your majic “fly theory” would no longer work. At what altitude does the “fly theory” no longer work? At some point the difference between 1000mph spin and where it stops, would rip the rocket apart.

the planet at 1000 mph. But since everything is moving at the same speed,

make devastation, when if the Earth suddenly stopped, but the air

A Boeing 747 flies at a cruising speed of around 920km/h.
When we are sitting as a passenger inside one that is flying at that speed, how come we don’t feel anything?
It is because of moving at a steady state. You can only feel acceleration (a change in velocity) but not speed.
Flying in a 747 has nothing to do with the air outside your window. Does it or does it not move along with the earth at 1000 mph? Scientists say it does. What do you say?
The air outside the window exists in a relative steady state with the rest of the Earth. There is no resistance to the air moving along with it, and the Earth will not try to spin out from under it, because each molecule has its own position and velocity RELATIVE to the surface of the Earth and it is no problem for the air to move along with the Earth at 1000mph. Because, with no friction between the air molecules along the outside of the atmosphere and space (no friction against a vacuum) there is simply nothing to stop the air from moving along with the earth. It is not that difficult if you just use common sense.

I’ve looked at your website, so I can see your point of view of things. I’m not here to argue with you either, but to point out what is really important. So, how can it be. I find it helps, that when you read Scripture, to consider that during the various times throughout history, when God gave us the different parts of the Scriptures, we still had a VERY simple mentality. (Also, at least MOST of what we now have as Scripture, we know was in fact written down by people who heard God’s Message). The Scriptures do not even HAVE to be “inerrant/infallible/perfect” word for word for it to be true, because the Message in it has been repeated enough times (over and over) to make SURE we would get it and that Message is “Keep The COMMANDMENTS”

There’s no air in space, so there’s nothing to effect the atmosphere. If you’re moving at a steady state through a vacuum, there are few cues to tell you you’re moving: no air rushing past, no acceleration forces.
I wonder if the spinning sensation you get from being too drunk is a result of a breakdown in our body’s ability to ignore the motion it experiences but that it has learned to ignore.
Moving at that speed and the door of the plane is ripped off, you know that in seconds all will be sucked out of the plane in seconds.
Obvious, according to your theory the atmosphere around the earth must remain trapped inside by some shield or layer. Lets leave all the scientific generated names for it. Lots and lots of rockets, spaceships and heavy objects crushed through this “shield” over the years and must have caused some extensive damage and holes to this shield.
My friend, on an earth rotating at so called 1600 k’s one hell of a lot would have been sucked out by now. Or does this shield/layer miraculously seal itself instantly?

First of all i would like to say that i do not believe that the earth is flat , i just believe that all ideas have a right to be explored.
I have read many forums and seen many videos on all this flat earth evidence and there is one Point i have seen no one talk about that keeps coming to my mind. If gravity works against the centrifugal force and it would perfectly Counter each other… then i imagine there would be no force working on us .. we could swim thru air … or am i wrong….
But gravity is 9.81 m/s^2 …but this value is the force left over after countering the centrifugal force… meaning gravity is actually the earths centrifugal force + 9.81m/s^2….. this means the way mass is calculated is totally wrong … and all the space travel calculations should not work…… can someone illuminate me
