If you have a specific Humanitarian Project you are funding your Zim would redeem at a 1:1 to the US Dollar.

If you don’t have a specific Humanitarian Project to fund you will be given the Zim default rate.

Your Zim redemption amount will be put in a digital Mother Lode Account in the QFS that only you had access to.

If you have a large amount of monies from the Zim Default rate it may be placed on a long term payout. You would earn interest on the monies left in your account during that long term payout. You would work out your interest rate with the bank.

If you have a specific Humanitarian Project you will NOT have a long term payout. Instead, 10% of your Zim redemption amount will be taken out of your Mother Lode Account and put in a working account in a bank of your choice.

You determine with the bank of your choice the interest rate you would receive on that 10% of your Zim redemption that has been transferred to your working account. That rate could be anywhere from 6 ½% to 10%.

Your Humanitarian Project would be funded out of the interest you receive out of your working account.

If you have a Humanitarian Project 10% of the interest you receive out of that working account would be designated for your personal use.
