City police do not answer to “The People”.
City Police answer to the city.
The city is a corporation no different than Walmart and operates according to its own policy within its city limits, the Corporate Property.
When the city police department reviews an incident involving an officers behavior they base their decisions on department policy and not the laws or codes that we the people are subjected to. This is tyranny.
The best way to deal with a city police department is to abolish it and shut it down.
The County Sheriff has the authority and the jurisdiction to shut it down and take over all assets.
The County Sheriff, unlike the city police chief, is elected by the people and is accountable to the people. If the Sheriff feeds a bunch of BS stories to the people about his deputies behaviors then the people can simply vote that Sheriff out of office.
Corporations such as these banana republic cities and ponzi scheme financial institutions have taken advantage of the people for way too long now.
