About Jindal's, Rubio's and Cruz' Eligibility To Run For President.

Conservative friends have brought to my attention that a couple of our Republican candidates may not meet eligibility requirements to run for President. I am almost certain that this will be a non-issue because when candidate Obama’s eligibility was questioned, the lower courts dismissed the lawsuits. The 2008 and 2012 elections set the precedent so that U.S. Citizens could run for President without having to meet all of the criteria to be eligible.

Why have I brought attention to this issue?  Because I am not a hypocrite.  There were concerns about candidate Obama’s loyalties, before he ran for office. Today, even people who voted for him find it difficult to understand his logic when it comes to the Muslim Brotherhood and ISIS. The situation with Iran is easy to understand because Iran has oil. If the U.S. can find a way to do business with Iran, then the price of oil could be kept from dropping and derailing U.S. efforts in building an economy with fracking. The rabbit hole is deep when it comes to countries and their natural resources.

So, while I truly believe that these candidates all fervently love our country, there may be a candidate in the future whom like President Obama, feels that the U.S. is a flawed country in need of a “fundamental transformation”    If we wish to have standing ground to question that candidate’s eligibility, then we must be open about discussing our own current candidates’ eligibility. Eventually, we may have to consider the candidates’ entire record of associations; his/her parent’s associations and belief’s in addition to their citizenship status. Sounds far-fetched? Perhaps – the particular enemy we fight today – radical Islam – is prepared to wait “a thousand years” if needed to “bring down the West”
