When global leaders start talking about climate change in ways they never have before, on top of the weather changes like never before, sea levels rising, land ready to slide into the ocean, and even the rain forest is on fire (to name a few), would imply something other than man made activity is causing it.

Yeah… if he says so, then I know it is a lie.
The planet x came in from below the south of the horizontal plain of the solar system and now it swirls around the sun and comes out to the north heading to the outer solar system. In the mean time, it will warm the north pole before one or few of the debris trail will hit the earth. It has nothing to do with the human generated carbon dioxide that was a part of the deception.
Now if our politicians knew that Planet X was going to wreak havoc on the earth then they would be building underground homes, Obama would not be buying a mansion in Washington DC but will be heading out somewhere to his bunker. And folk like Bill and Hillary with all of their millions they have taken in would have by now disappeared to await the fate of the earth in their secret hide away. Hence see how this story falls apart? Oh thats right it keeps falling apart every time it is resurrected and its been resurrected many times in the past 20 years, same old story line, it is coming up from the south back side of the sun where it can never be seen by North American astronomers but how about those in Australia, again it falls apart on delivery. But they are building tunnels and stock piling them . Truck drivers have videos on YouTube showing them as they enter to tunnel gate and drive miles like roads into the ground . Even Russia last month took thousands underground for testing .
They are building underground bases and bunkers, although I don’t think it’s because they’re expecting the imminent arrival of Planet X/Nibiru. Taking into consideration the state of world affairs and fragility of our economic circumstances—and considering the wealth most of them possess, it would be foolish of them not to take precautionary measures. They know the gravy train isn’t going to last forever.

Nibiru will never come close to earth, Planet X will never come close to earth, Red Kachina has already tried three time to come past the false sun and has been pushed back… anyone who believes this crap about Planet X is either high on some medication or drug, or is just plain ignorant.
In the latter part of the last century, there were many newspaper articles describing professional research on the issue of Planet X. But near the end of that century it all stopped quite suddenly and the issue was left in the hands of amateur astronomers who were then derided as nut cases for even considering the possibility of a cataclysmic event occurring due to a planetary encounter. Meanwhile, government was building and stocking underground bunkers that must have cost trillions of dollars, but again the public was kept in the dark. So, given these two facts what do we make of it?
A reasonable hypothesis would be that the planet was discovered and its trajectory verified to be highly probable of producing a catastrophic event here on earth. If the people were to be informed however, they would surely panic and all hell would break loose. So it would become a National Security issue and orders would be issued to suppress any official notification, except possibly in drips and drabs like we are hearing now with new discoveries of hidden planets and asteroids coming out on a weekly basis. This would cover up would continue until the last few weeks until the people could actually see the destroyer planet with the naked eye. Then, in a panic and knowing they had been deceived, the masses would become enraged and at this last minute, before the people could organize and react, the bunkers would be quickly occupied by those had them built for that purpose.
It is probable that, if this dark Planet X exists, we amateurs will not see it approaching from under the ecliptic and coming out from behind the sun. Also, given that the orbit period is said to be some 3600 years and we only have guesstimates as to when it last passed based on archeological findings and ancient writings, a reasonable 10% error would result in a miscalculation of 360 years. At this time, the only concrete evidence we have is the dramatic earth changes (volcanoes, floods, earth quakes, weather anomalies) that are happening at increasing severity and frequeny while the officials tell us it’s all our fault due to our “carbon footprints”. These are certainly strange times!
