Salt is a preservative… Jesus said to his disciples.. you are the salt of the Earth.. meaning that through their works, after he left and went to heaven.. they would be doing a Preserving ( of life ) work.. If they lose their saltiness.. ie they go back to the false religious teachings of their day ( and ours ) they would no longer be able to preserve life.. and would be useless to him ( Jesus ).

Christianity has been a blight on the face of the Earth for far too long, and needs to be eradicated. The only reason why I wouldn’t advocate it’s direct eradication is because at present it serves as a counter-force to Islam, which is an even worse blight than Christianity. Hopefully they succeed in killing eachother off…that would be the most ideal scenario.
