Karl Marx describes in his communist manifesto, the ten steps necessary to destroy a free enterprise system and replace it with a system of omnipotent government power, so as to effect a communist socialist state. Those ten steps are known as the Ten Planks of The Communist Manifesto… The following brief presents the original ten planks within the Communist Manifesto written by Karl Marx in 1848, along with the American adopted counterpart for each of the planks. From comparison it’s clear MOST Americans have by myths, fraud and deception under the color of law by their own politicians in both the Republican and Democratic and parties, been transformed into Communists.

1. Abolition of private property and the application of all rents of land to public purposes.
Americans do these with actions such as the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (1868), and various zoning, school & property taxes. Also the Bureau of Land Management (Zoning laws are the first step to government property ownership)
2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
Americans know this as misapplication of the 16th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, 1913, The Social Security Act of 1936.; Joint House Resolution 192 of 1933; and various State “income” taxes. We call it “paying your fair share”.
3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.
Americans call it Federal & State estate Tax (1916); or reformed Probate Laws, and limited inheritance via arbitrary inheritance tax statutes.
4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
Americans call it government seizures, tax liens, Public “law” 99-570 (1986); Executive order 11490, sections 1205, 2002 which gives private land to the Department of Urban Development; the imprisonment of “terrorists” and those who speak out or write against the “government” (1997 Crime/Terrorist Bill); or the IRS confiscation of property without due process. Asset forfeiture laws are used by DEA, IRS, ATF etc…).
5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.
Americans call it the Federal Reserve which is a privately-owned credit/debt system allowed by the Federal Reserve act of 1913. All local banks are members of the Fed system, and are regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) another privately-owned corporation. The Federal Reserve Banks issue Fiat Paper Money and practice economically destructive fractional reserve banking.
6. Centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of the State.
Americans call it the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated through the ICC act of 1887, the Commissions Act of 1934, The Interstate Commerce Commission established in 1938, The Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Communications Commission, and Executive orders 11490, 10999, as well as State mandated driver’s licenses and Department of Transportation regulations.
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
Americans call it corporate capacity, The Desert Entry Act and The Department of Agriculture… Thus read “controlled or subsidized” rather than “owned”… This is easily seen in these as well as the Department of Commerce and Labor, Department of Interior, the Environmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Mines, National Park Service, and the IRS control of business through corporate regulations.
8. Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
Americans call it Minimum Wage and slave labor like dealing with our Most Favored Nation trade partner; i.e. Communist China. We see it in practice via the Social Security Administration and The Department of Labor. The National debt and inflation caused by the communal bank has caused the need for a two “income” family. Woman in the workplace since the 1920’s, the 19th amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, assorted Socialist Unions, affirmative action, the Federal Public Works Program and of course Executive order 11000.
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries, gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of population over the country.
Americans call it the Planning Reorganization act of 1949 , zoning (Title 17 1910-1990) and Super Corporate Farms, as well as Executive orders 11647, 11731 (ten regions) and Public “law” 89-136. These provide for forced relocations and forced sterilization programs, like in China.
10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children’s factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production.
Americans are being taxed to support what we call ‘public’ schools, but are actually “government force-tax-funded schools ” Even private schools are government regulated. The purpose is to train the young to work for the communal debt system. We also call it the Department of Education, the NEA and Outcome Based “Education” . These are used so that all children can be indoctrinated and inculcated with the government propaganda, like “majority rules”, and “pay your fair share”. WHERE are the words “fair share” in the Constitution, Bill of Rights or the Internal Revenue Code (Title 26)?? NO WHERE is “fair share” even suggested !! The philosophical concept of “fair share” comes from the Communist maxim, “From each according to their ability, to each according to their need! This concept is pure socialism. … America was made the greatest society by its private initiative WORK ETHIC … Teaching ourselves and others how to “fish” to be self sufficient and produce plenty of EXTRA commodities to if so desired could be shared with others who might be “needy”… Americans have always voluntarily been the MOST generous and charitable society on the planet.

In 2013, the Rockefeller Foundation committed to drive action towards building worldwide urban resilience through the 100 Resilient Cities Centennial Challenge (100 RC), which will be implemented over the course of five years. Each of the 100 cities will be supported in hiring a Chief Resilience Officer, gain membership to the 100RC Network, and be provided access to tools and resources. This commitment will be executed in partnership with Swiss Re (providing financial and technological contributions), the World Bank (providing access to financial services), and Architecture for Humanity and American Institute for Architects (sharing the capacities offered through their Regional Resilient Design Studios). Additionally, Palantir will join the commitment and will deploy their data fusion and analysis platform creating a resilience dashboard for each city. This partnership will launch with a pilot in New Orleans to test and refine the dashboard. The City of New Orleans will work with Palantir and the Rockefeller Foundation to refine the dashboard so that it is most useful for the 100 Resilient Cities once they are selected. The Rockefeller Foundation will actively engage further partners throughout the course of the 100RC to advance resiliency efforts within the following four areas: policy, community and social resilience, infrastructure, and technology.

APPROACH
The Rockefeller Foundation is creating an opportunity for many more cities to engage in its work in the resilience space through an exciting and creative challenge. With the goals being to surface new innovations, new commitments, and enable new action in at least 100 cities to prevent poverty and environmental degradation, the Foundation will launch the 100 Resilient Cities Centennial Challenge (100 RC) and invest $100 million in building urban resilience worldwide. 100 RC will bring together cities, public and private organizations, and respected experts to drive action on the ground, support Chief Resilience Officers (CRO) and citywide resilience plans, and bring innovative financing and technology to the table. The Challenge will also result in the 100 Resilient Cities Network – a new collaboration to drive the urban resilience movement forward.
The 100RC cities will be selected over the course of the next three years in three separate groups (outlined in the Action Plan). The cities will submit an application and selected cities will be chosen by an expert judging panel. The cities selected will be required to name a resilience contact, identify and hire a CRO, attend resilience workshops run by the Rockefeller Foundation, and send their CRO to the first 100RC Conference.
The selected cities will receive four elements of support: 1) membership in the new 100 Resilient Cities Network (100RC Network) where member cities will be provided support and the ability to share new knowledge and resilience best practices, 2) support to create a resilience plan, 3) tools for mobilizing and accessing resources, with a focus on innovative financing to leverage billions of dollars of potential private sector financial support, as well as public dollars, to realize their resilience plans, and 4) support to hire a CRO (The role of the CRO will be to lead resilience thinking across city planning, and integrate the resilience plan into the existing response systems within a city. They will also ensure resilience-building and coordination is the specific responsibility of one person in a city government)
In order to further support the selected cities, the Rockefeller Foundation will work through the CGI platform to engage potential partners to support the 100 RC platform, which supports plan implementation by mobilizing services from 100 RC and third-party providers. These partners will be engaged in four areas:
- Policy: Informing government-sponsored legal initiatives (e.g., updating building code) through bringing an outside perspective to existing policies and leveraging international policymaking expertise.
- Community & social resilience: Citizen engagement with regards to preparation, learning, and recovering from shocks. This includes donated services and off-the-shelf workshops, toolkits, and more.
- Infrastructure: Advancing long-term physical development projects (e.g., sewage system upgrade) with a focus on mobilizing investment.
- Technology: Advancing technical, data-driven, and mobile solutions (e.g. SMS alert systems), and determining data needs based on best practices & post analysis support.
With the launch of this Commitment to Action, the Rockefeller Foundation is announcing the first partners in this effort.
1. Building off of their 2013 Commitment to facilitate more efficient disaster response, Palantir will jointly deploy their data fusion and analysis platform to empower a diverse spectrum of cities around the world. The technology will provide a resilience dashboard for CROs and other city officials, improving their ability to conduct strategic planning, empirical risk assessments, and capital investment decisions when preparing for, responding to, and recovering from natural, economic, political, and biological shocks.
As the final component of this commitment, the Rockefeller and Palantir partnership will launch a pilot with the city of New Orleans. The City will be the first to have access to the newly created resilience dashboard. The Dashboard includes data sets and indicators that when put together can assist a city with its Resilience planning. The City of New Orleans commits to working with Palantir and the Rockefeller Foundation to refine the dashboard so that it is most useful for the 100 Resilient Cities once they are selected and have access.
2. Swiss Re will offer their CatNET software to the 100 selected cities free of charge and continue to provide thought leadership around the issue of risk transference. Swiss Re will develop and offer a suite of tailor-made risk transfer solutions to the cities to help absorb the financial shock of certain events. Initial solutions will focus on natural catastrophe and climate-related risks. Swiss Re will deliver these risk transfer solutions utilizing the 100 Resilient Cities platform.
3. Architecture for Humanity and American Institute of Architects will support 100RC through their own CGI Commitment, Resilient USA: Professional Partnerships for Our Future, sharing the capacities and aligning the activities offered by the Regional Resilient Design Studios they will establish in five major cities. The 100RC platform will include training for architects and other design professionals. The Rockefeller Foundation commits to align their activities with the priorities and recommendations from the Regional Resilient Design Studios and will work to ensure the networks long-term permanence and expansion.
4. The World Bank will support the cities selected through 100RC by increasing their access to credit and financing opportunities and supplying a comprehensive suite of planning and financing services.

Background
A century ago only one tenth of the world’s population lived in cities. Today that number has risen to over 50 percent, and will reach 75 percent by 2050. As natural and man-made shocks and stresses grow in frequency, impact, and scale, public and private sector leaders are working to build greater resiliency to these stresses and increase their ability to respond. This is particularly true at the city-level where these shocks and stresses have a large scale impact due to the population density, resulting in very significant economic consequences.
The Rockefeller Foundation defines resilience as ‘the ability of a system, entity, community, or person to withstand shocks while still maintaining its essential functions and to recover quickly and effectively.’ Simply put, resilience is what enables people to survive, adapt, and thrive in the face of acute shocks and chronic stresses.
Building resilience cannot be done by a single actor or sector, no matter how innovative or passionate they may be. Rather, building resilience requires partners from all actors in the system: governments creating the right policies, plans and infrastructure investment; businesses ensuring the functioning of our economic systems; communities and civic institutions organizing to be more flexible, responsive, and robust; and organizations and individuals learning the core skills required to adapt and cope.
The Rockefeller Foundation has funded work on resilience that ranges from addressing post-Sandy New York and post-Katrina New Orleans to rapidly growing Asian cities, and agricultural innovations in African countries. It has already invested more than $100 million in programs that has resulted in significant knowledge development, the production of practical solutions, and stronger resilience in these communities and regions. Additionally, the Rockefeller Foundation will draw on its previous urban and innovative financing work. A strong example of this work can be seen in Chicago, where the The Rockefeller Foundation assisted the city in creating the Chicago Infrastructure Trust and provided $1.5 million in grants through this Trust for Chicago’s Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) development efforts.
The Rockefeller Foundation has established itself as a leading global thinker and actor in the developing field of resilience through its work to fostering climate change resilience in Asian cities, supporting more resilient African agriculture and rebuilding American cities impacted by natural disasters.

“IS IT GOOD FOR THE JEWS?” was a question I constantly grew up with.
Having been raised in an upper middle class Jewish environment whenever a presidential campaign took place the question asked by the Jewish Community was, “Is he good for the Jews?” Never was the question asked, “Is he good for America?”
An example of how the Jewish Community gives priority to ‘Jewish interests’ before America’s can be found at Election Central USA, one of the Web Sites run by the powerful Jewish Telegraphic Agency (JTA).
In a recent JTA article, Jewish Possibilities In Florida For 2010, the focus is not on whether the candidates in the next Congressional election will benefit America – but whether or not they are “Jews.” This is because the Jewish Community knows that regardless of party or platform, a Jew in political power will always place the interests of the Jews before the interests of America. To this end Jews are heavily involved in both the Democratic & Republican parties.
Just look at the JTA article on Rahm Emanuel, Obama’s Chief of Staff. The title of the article tells it all, “Rahm Emanuel: Attack Dog, Political Wonk, Committed Jew.” What matters to these Jewish Media Moguls is not the party, not the moral character, nor the political platform of Emanuel, but rather Emanuel’s modus operandi as a “committed Jew.” And nothing is mentioned whether or not Emanuel is a “committed American.”
SPHERES OF JEWISH CONTROL

Political Control: The Jewish Lobby rules supreme in the realm of political control. Lobbies such as AIPAC, ADL, and the American Jewish Congress (AJC), decide which candidates will be elected. They do this by pouring millions of Jewish dollars into the campaign coffers of Pro Israel politicians, and smearing, through their connections in the Jewish-occupied media, their opponents.
Newly elected President, Barack Obama, had enormous amounts of money poured into his campaign by an elite contingent of wealthy & influential Chicago based Jews – so much so, that Obama now has an excess of $30 million from a $745 million haul.

Recently, yet another Jewish organization, The Institute For Jewish Law, hosted a Kosher dinner in the Supreme Court Building. At the dinner, the Institute’s Jewish speakers promoted the Talmud as the source of American jurisprudence. In attendance were Supreme Court judges, Ruth Bader Ginsberg & Stephen Breyer, both Zionist Jews.
Associate Supreme Court judge, Antonia Scalia, who recently appointed to his staff, two Talmudic Jews, Attorneys Moshe Spinowitz and Yaakov Roth, wrote a letter to the
Institute’s founder, Attorney Noson Gurary, saying, “Jewish law is one of the oldest and most highly developed systems and the study of its legal traditions is beneficial.”
What Scalia failed to mention is that “Jewish Law,” as applied to the Gentiles, are the
Noahide Laws, which calls Christianity “a religion of idolatry.” The Noahide Laws are based on Talmudic passages which calls for the death penalty of Christians:
“According to traditional rulings, christians are idol worshippers.” (Likkutei Sichos 37:198)
“A gentile is liable for the death penalty if he has invented a religious holiday for himself.” (Hilchos Melachim 10:9)
“Extermination of the christians is a necessary sacrifice.” (Zohar, Shemoth)
On December 1 2008, Supreme Court judge, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, an advocate of abortion who cites anti-slavery laws to protect women’s’ autonomy, spoke at a synagogue in Washington DC about her Jewish heritage. “The change in US acceptance of Jews can be seen on the Supreme Court where two members are Jewish, myself and Judge Stephen Breyer,” Ginsberg told her Jewish audience.
What Ginsberg could have said and she would not have been off the mark: “The change in US submission to Jews can be seen not only on the Supreme Court but in every sphere of American life.”
