United States Aid to Kazakhstan

With the recent news of how fast Kazakhstan’s physical gold reserve is growing, it raises the question as to why the United States is still continuing to give foreign aid to a country which recently added a total of 36 tons of gold in 2016, 40 tons in 2017 and for the past 66 months straight, has continued to add to it’s physical gold vault.

In 2010, the United States gave $2,792,658 in foreign aid to the country, the amount increased in 2011 to $3,650,611, in 2012, they received another $2,018,709 with an extremely high jump in the amount in 2013 to $31,513,265 and continued to rise to $45,721,319 in 2014.

The foreign assistance didn’t stop there. They also received another $39,777,829 in 2015, when—according to sources, their physical gold reserves were at 198.4 tons, as well as receiving their highest annual amount in 2016 at $86,758,301, when they had 225 tons of physical gold reserved in their vaults, before also seeing another $18,662,224 in U.S. assistance in 2017, while they continued to accummulate more physical gold.

U.S. foreign aid is still being planned by special interest lobbyists for yet another amount of at least $1,700,000 for 2019. Lobbyists have hidden what they have planned, obligated and/or spent there for 2018, however, part of their goals are hinted to in their statement online, that (sic): “U.S.~assistance will foster support for U.S.~values, including respect for human rights, including the free exercise of religion or belief, people-centered development, and transparency and accountability in governance. U.S. assistance will build resilience and reduce vulnerability to Russian aggression…”

Most U.S. assistance is written, by the awarding agencies, so that countries never have to pay it back to U.S. taxpayers. What is going on with that?

Apparently it does not matter how much foreign countries are thriving, or how much profit they make off of U.S. taxpayers (and even while it is claimed that Kazakhstan is a country with a small GDP) it is apparent that the so-called U.S. agencies who are distributing our wealth, don’t care about the U.S. citizens they are taking the money from! All they see in us/U.S. are dollar signs as they continually give U.S. taxpayer money to most countries throughout the known world annually, while Congress has no clue what it is being used for and that these agencies usually always give more than the amounts appropriated to them by Congress!

As of March 2018 the grand total of Kazakhstan’s gold reserves was 310 tons, passing Spain and Lebanon. At this current date it has most assuredly surpassed the United Kingdom, which was at 310.3 tons and it appears that they are also set soon to pass Saudi Arabia, whose gold reserve was also about 322.9 tons as of May 2!

We the People need to start demanding more transparency and accountability of where U.S. taxpayer money is going! It is not the responsibility of U.S. citizens to carry the financial burdens of other countries and foreign governments. According to the Constitution, that is abuse of citizens and an overweening and unreasonable request which we have long suffered.
