An Iron Curtain around Free Speech in the United States is being constructed piecemeal as States legislate unconstitutional laws claiming to target “Anti-Semitism.” These “laws” define criticism of Israel, Zionism, Jewish influence in America, Jewish domination of the media and other industry, Jewish dual loyalty questions, Judaism, the Talmud and other points of public discussion about Jewry, (formerly known as the Jewish Question,) or the political agenda of Zionism as a crime punishable under current racial discrimination law and/or newly created Hate Crime color of law.
Could America become an environment as hostile as ancient Israel, imprisoning or even eventually killing those who criticize the Jews? We are moving rapidly in that direction. Anti-Semitism color of law is being authored broadly by Zionists and Christian Zionists, for example, in Florida with state Representatives like Randy Fine (Jewish) who says:
“When you have open anti-Semites serving in Congress, it’s important that the state of Florida take a strong stand against this sort of thing,”
Fine, like his Christian Zionist (Southern Baptist) accomplice, Representative James Grant, who laments that Washington has failed to take the lead in creating color of law infringing on the First Amendment to ban ANY criticism of Israel, Zionism, Judaism, or Jewry, are righteously and vigorously sabotaging the Constitution in support of the Zionist agenda to silence critics.
“It is a shame that we have to spend time in the Florida Legislature making this statement, but the reality is we do,” Grant said. “Washington seemingly doesn’t have the spine to make this statement.”
According to an article in the Southern Baptist Press, there is concern about Christian Zionist’s misguided ideology
NCC [National Council of Churches] broadly defines Christian Zionism as “any Christian support for the national revival movement of the Jewish people realized through the establishment of the modern State of Israel.” The brochure focuses its warning on a more narrow description of “an ideology grounded in beliefs which consider the State of Israel to be divinely ordained and scripturally determined with a central role in ushering in the end of history.” The commentary caricatures the end-times scenario embraced by many evangelicals “where unconverted Jews and unbelievers (including Christians who are considered to be of questionable status) are judged by God’s wrath.”
The NCC assigns the label of “misguided ideology” to the belief that the state of Israel has a divinely ordained role in ushering in the end of history. “The danger of this ideology is that it is a manipulation of Christian scripture and teaching,” said Antonios Kireopoulos, NCC senior program director for interfaith relations. “Unfortunately it has influence in American churches, to the point where many well-meaning Christians are swayed to support particularly destructive directions in U.S. foreign policy with regard to the Middle East.”
Christian Zionism in its narrowest form, according to the NCC brochure, advocates preserving control of historic Palestine, including Gaza and the West Bank, for the Jewish people alone and rejecting any peace settlement based on a two-state solution. Citing scholars who find no roots in traditional teachings for Christian Zionist ideology, the NCC supports the security needs and rights of both Israelis and Palestinians.
Christian Pastor, author, radio host, and former candidate for President of the United States, Chuck Baldwin cites fabrications in the so-called “Scofield Reference Bible” as a part of the reason why Christian Zionists have been misled into supporting the enemy of America and Christianity.
This flagrant misinterpretation of Scripture (popularized by Scofield) has turned modern Israel into a god in the eyes of many Christians. Oh, they would never admit to committing the sin of idolatry with Israel, but in truth, that is exactly what many of them are doing.
After much study on the subject, I am convinced that Cyrus Ingerson Scofield was an agent of the Rothschilds and that his reference Bible was deliberately used to blind Christians to what the true nature and purpose of the soon-to-be modern State of Israel was. And it worked—BIG TIME. To most Christians today, modern Israel is a “miracle of God”—a fulfillment of Biblical prophecy—and the atheistic, Talmudic, Kabbalistic Jews who control the Zionist state are “God’s Chosen People.”
As a result, America (thanks to seventy years of indoctrination by tens of thousands of pastors, radio and TV preachers, churches and Bible colleges and seminaries) has literally become a doormat (and puppet) for Israel.

Anti Semitism – The Straw Man
Anti-Semitism has no formal meaning – it is a weaponized label with a fluid definition, ever-changing and expanding to meet the requirements of preventing ANY criticism of the crimes of Israel (for example, USS Liberty, 9-11,) or pointing out Jewish political domination of American governments (USG and State) and total Jewish control over information channels such as the mainstream media.
The Anti-Semitism label attempts to equate specific criticisms regarding Jewish/Zionist behavior, actions, influence, and goals with broad categories of racial or religious hatreds – a straw man is then created to short circuit further consideration of the original concern or charges.
Harold Rosenthal, a Zionist and a one-time aide to US Senator Jacob Javits, said in an interview about the Zionist agenda in the United States:
Anti-Semitism does not signify opposition to Semitism. There is no such thing. It is an expression we Jews use effectively as a smear word — used to brand as a bigot like you guys — anyone who brings criticism against Jews.

One of the primary goals of identifying someone as “Anti-Semitic” is to shut down specific charges about the Jewish/Zionist attempt to change the laws of the United States to prevent people from organizing for purposes of ending Israeli interference in the American political system and taking back control of the United States military, which is now working to Balkanize the Middle East on behalf of Israel. These are specific charges and do not represent hatred of Judaism or Jewish people as a race.
Further, it is important to educate American Christians as to how some people identifying themselves as Christians are being deceived into supporting a political agenda, Zionism, which plans to criminalize Christianity in accordance with the commands of their religion as expressed in the Torah and Talmud.
From the horrid text of the Old Testament, the 5 books of Moses, and especially in the chapter called Deuteronomy, we can learn that non-Jews are labeled “idolaters” and that all worship outside of the worship of Jehovah is heresy, with the punishment for heresy being “utter destruction.” Orthodox Jewry, Chabad, and the Likud political party have advised anyone who cares to know that the Torah and Talmud are the law of this world, and the eventual goal of Zionism is to bring all peoples of the world under this law – or Noahide Law.
The hateful and vengeful God of the Old Testament is clear as to the treatment of the gentile and how to exterminate gentile gods and places of worship.

Deuteronomy, the “Second Law” or Mosaic Law is very specific about the fate of those who WILL NOT denounce Christ and who WILL NOT follow the Noahide law provided for heathens, goyim, and gentiles – Utter Destruction.
And he shall deliver their kings into thine hand, and thou shalt destroy their name from under heaven: there shall no man be able to stand before thee, until thou have destroyed them. 7:24

The Evolution of the Charge of “Anti Semitism”
The term anti-Semitism was coined in 1879 by the German agitator Wilhelm Marr to designate the anti-Jewish campaigns under way in central Europe at that time. Although the term now has wide currency, it is a misnomer, since it implies a discrimination against all Semites. Arabs and other peoples are also Semites, and yet they are not the targets of anti-Semitism as it is usually understood. The term is especially inappropriate as a label for the anti-Jewish prejudices, statements, or actions of Arabs or other Semites. – Encyclopedia Britannica
Beginning in the late 1800s with the creation of the World Zionist Organization and Jewish (Marxist) “Communist Manifesto” the phrase “Anti-Semitism” was coined for purposes of silencing critics of the Zionist/Jewish Messianic conspiracy to capture the world, eliminate all other religions, and enslave, or “utterly destroy” the non-Jewish populations. The ultimate goal then being the creation of a One World Government – ruled from Jerusalem – including a world court, world currency, and the end of all Nation states with the exception of Russia. According to the first Prime Minister of Israel, Bolshevik Ben Gurion, formerly of Soviet-controlled Poland:

Christians are Anti-Semites
According to Abraham Foxman, the former director of the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith and now head of the Center for the “Study of Anti-Semitism” at the Museum of Jewish Heritage in New York City:
Modern Christianity, Foxman asserts, is thus based on hateful, vengeful lies spread by the New Testament. He says the evangelism practiced by devout Christians is also anti-Semitic. “Although it is supposedly motivated by love for the Jews, this idea [that Jews should be converted] is inherently anti-Semitic in that it implicitly denigrates the value of Jewish belief.”
According to Rabbi Shlomo Avine:
Indeed, Christianity is a goddess disguised in the belief in unity. But working the father and his son together is idolatry. Muslims also consider Christianity as idolatry.
But does not Christianity deserve punishment for everything they did to us? They must be punished. They are our number one enemy throughout history.
A partial list of ever-expanding Anti-Semitism’s definitions

According to an article in the Institute for Historical Review, the charge of “Anti-Semitism” is really about protecting a religious/racial group from criticism:
1. Jewry is an established social and political power in the United States. In concurrence with the democratic principles of our society, it is morally and politically correct to offer criticism of Jewry and its politico-cultural power.
2. The potency of the charge of anti-Semitism — its ability to silence critics of the Jews — derives not from the force of reason, but rather, from the force of an irrational, deeply ingrained, cultural convention specifically, the unthinking association of a sense of evil with criticism of the Jews.
3. The charge of anti-Semitism is a Jewish sword and shield. A Jewish sword, it is an ad hominem attack on any critic of the Jews. By focusing on the critic’s character, it induces people to reject his assertions on Jewish behavior out of hand, without fair examination.
A Jewish shield, the charge serves as a psychological defense mechanism whereby Jewish people can insulate themselves from criticism which is too painful to confront consciously.
In a political and sociological sense, the charge of anti-Semitism is a powerful weapon of the Jewish cultural and political establishment, used in an undemocratic manner to silence its opponents and to enable that establishment to operate with impunity. Thus, the accusation of anti-Semitism is an essential tool of Jewish power and influence.
4. In our society almost every form of social and political power has its share of critics. The government bureaucracy, the so-called military-industrial complex, the CIA, Big Business, the Catholic Church, Christian fundamentalists, the oil companies, Ronald Reagan, the political Left, the political Right: all have their outspoken critics.
Americans are told from their cradles to their graves that their country is the “land of the free,” the “home of free speech,” the nation in which the citizenry is able to question and challenge all forms of social and political influence. Let one invoke this right of free speech and engage in criticism of the power and influence of American Jewry, however, the reigning cultural conventions demand that we label him “anti-Semitic.”
Our democratic philosophy allows for the political and moral legitimacy of criticism of the Jews as a group. If all forms of social and political influence have their tolerated, even respected critics, then let the critic of Jewish influence speak openly. By the canons of our free society, even Jewry should ultimately benefit from an open discussion of the power of Jews in politics, economics, and culture in modern America.
The United States now has an Anti-Semitism Czar in the State Department. How does the creation of a Czar to monitor and sanction outbreaks of “Anti-Semitism” reconcile with the Constitution’s First Amendment and its “establishment clause”?
The “establishment of religion” clause of the First Amendment means at least this: Neither a state nor the Federal Government can set up a church. Neither can pass laws which aid one religion, aid all religions, or prefer one religion over another […] No tax in any amount, large or small, can be levied to support any religious activities or institutions, whatever they may be called, or whatever form they may adopt to teach or practice religion […] In the words of Jefferson, the clause against establishment of religion by law was intended to erect “a wall of separation between Church and State.” – see Oxford Research Encyclopedia of American History.
Judaism and Christians
Volumes have been written about this subject, but most Christians never bother to do any research. It was not by accident that the Old Testament was attached to the Christian New Testament and called the “Holy Bible.” The convenient attachment gave the impression to the gullible that these incompatible and contradictory texts belong together as though one were the stem and the other the flower – this could not be further from the truth.
The Torah beginning somewhere between Exodus and Numbers became a book of extreme hate, violence, bloodshed, sacrifice, containing the commandments for a never-ending war against all those who are not committed to the tribe of Judah and especially against Christians, i.e. people finding their direction in the New Testament.
How can the same God, by commandment to Moses, have enjoined men to love their neighbours and “utterly to destroy” their neighbours? What relationship can there be between the universal, loving God of the Christian revelation and the cursing deity of Deuteronomy?
Blueprint for Christian Zionists
It’s also no coincidence Zionist operatives infiltrated and created a modified version of the King James Version of the New Testament. A “bible” that would be used to convince a large percentage of Christians that serving Israel and the agents of Judaism was commanded by Christ. Evangelical churches, Southern Baptists, Pentecostal, and many other churches now use the modified or “enhanced” King James Bible called the Scofield Reference Bible – created by Cyrus Scofield in the final years of the 19th century.
By tying the Old Testament in with the New Testament, and, for a large portion of America, modifying the message of the New Testament, the perfect environment was created for deceiving and disarming Christians against the threats explained explicitly in the Old Testament and the warnings that were defeated in the modified New Testament.

Summary
The creation of the Soviet Union of 1912 (following the Bolshevik Revolution) was the first large-scale experiment with Jewish Talmudic law applied as a political system to a nation State. It was the first time that gentiles were subjected to the political system of Talmud – Communism, which resulted in intense suffering and misery.
During the “Red Terror” following the Bolshevik Revolution, Christian Churches were destroyed as a mission of the State, wherein close to 50,000 Christian Churches were razed and millions of Christians were put to death. Conversely there was no general practice of destroying Jewish Synagogues.
You must understand. The leading Bolsheviks who took over Russia were not Russians. They hated Russians. They hated Christians. Driven by ethnic hatred they tortured and slaughtered millions of Russians without a shred of human remorse. The October Revolution was not what you call in America the “Russian Revolution.” It was an invasion and conquest over the Russian people. More of my countrymen suffered horrific crimes at their bloodstained hands than any people or nation ever suffered in the entirety of human history. It cannot be understated. Bolshevism was the greatest human slaughter of all time. The fact that most of the world is ignorant of this reality is proof that the global media itself is in the hands of the perpetrators.

Anti-Semitism law can be and likely will be used to name Christians as Anti-Semitics. Further, in the Soviet Union, circa 1922, the crime of being an Anti-Semite was punishable by Death. Currently, there is law in the works in the United States to criminalize even boycotting Israel’s goods; boycotting is a fundamental right of free speech. These laws taken as a whole are sufficient to expect the possible condemnation of a person for even thinking about Israel or Judaism in any way considered negative, including the deliberate, but private, the choice not to support Israeli products.
Anti-semitism is of advantage to the exploiters as a lightning conductor that deflects the blows aimed by the working people at capitalism. Anti-semitism is dangerous for the working people as being a false path that leads them off the right road and lands them in the jungle. Hence Communists, as consistent internationalists, cannot but be irreconcilable, sworn enemies of anti-semitism. In the U.S.S.R. anti-semitism is punishable with the utmost severity of the law as a phenomenon deeply hostile to the Soviet system. The creed, or revelation of God as thus presented, was based on a version of history, every event of which had to conform with, and to confirm the teaching.
This version of history went back to the Creation, the exact moment of which was known; as the priests also claimed to possess the future, this was a complete story and theory of the universe from start to finish.
The end was to be the triumphant consummation in Jerusalem, when world dominion was to be established on the ruins of the heathen and their kingdoms.

ADL / SPLC WANT A “CANADIAN” HATE LAW FOR AMERICA
Right now, ADL and “ADL South”, the Jewish Southern Poverty Law Center, are counting on quick passage of their newest “mega” hate crimes bill, the “Equality Act”, HR 5. In 2009 ADL finally passed its national U.S. hate crimes law, “The Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Prevention Act”. Yet our present hate law doesn’t end free speech to the extent of its Canadian relative. This is because our First Amendment still protects unpopular, vulgar, even bigoted and hateful speech. As long as speech is true and does not cause riot or imminent danger , such as shouting “fire” in a crowded theatre, America cannot criminalize it.But the “Equality Act”, just like the Canadian hate law will criminalize anyone in business, education, and religious ministry whose speech is alleged to verbally “intimidate” or “harass” Gays because of their “sexual orientation”.
If ratified by Congress and signed by President Trump, the new protections of the “Equality Act” will be united with stiff penalties of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Thus, as in Canada, every minister who pubicly teaches the Bible’s condemnations of homosexuallity could be open to arrest. Even worse, as Rep. Louis Gohmert has warned, Title 18 sec.2a of the 1968 civil rights act states that if a pastor’s or Christian broadcaster’s words incite an anti-homosexual listener to commit a hate crime against a Gay, they will be prosecuted to the same extent as the convicted

May 1st, 2019Why are Jewish attack groups such as ADL/SPLC always in the forefront of efforts to undermine Christian rights and values? As is well known, ADL and many Jewish activists and organizations played a pivotal role in creation and passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. But it has become
clear that this landmark legislation,originally portrayed as only granting advantages and special protections to blacks, was really a foundation upon which preferential rights for women, Latinos and homosexuals could be established. ADL says it now wants Jews also provided special status and protection under the Civil Rights Act. It says the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Department of Education now enforce special protections for Jews under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. What is the Anti-Semitism Awareness Act Really All About? – ADL. Such was also decreed in 2018, at least in employment, by U.S. Magistrate Mark Hornsby. U.S. court rules Jews are protected ‘race’ under Civil Rights Act of 1964.If Jews acquire full protection as a “protected class” in America it will mean that if a Jew complains to the government that he has suffered “acute emotional trauma” as a result of “anti semitic” discrimination or criticism of his race or religion he may prompt a federal investigation. If the government agrees, the defendant will have to retain the best lawyer he can find. This step alone could probably cost tens of thousands of dollars. The alternative might be harsh penalties under the Civil Rights Act. ADL has boasted that it conceived the whole idea of “anti-hate” legislation primarily to come to the defense of “identifiable groups” who are prone to discrimination. But does this strongly pro-abortion activist group with no sympathy for mankind in the womb really bleed with compassion for blacks and homosexuals? I don’t think so. I believe that from it’s beginning ADL coveted something much more toward its own interests: special Federal protection for Jews from persecution.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PASS A U.S. “END ANTI-SEMITISM” BILL?
The answer is “yes”. The “Equality Act” asserts it is hateful and criminal to verbally denigrate an employee or rentor who cannot help being what he or she is, (primarily homosexual). If a Federal law can be established upholding the above, then it can also uphold the premise that it is criminal to denigrate Jews, matters Jewish, and the State of Israel, who also cannot help being what they are. When can we expect such Orwellian legislation? It is already here, at least in its first stage . In 2016 ADL’s “Anti Semitism Awareness Act” passed the Senate but, because of lack of time, died in the House. In March 2019 it was again introduced in the Senate but awaits action in committee. This bill, S852, asserts that the U.S. Department of Education should be authorized to determine if speech against Israel on college campuses has crossed from “legitimate criticism” of Israel to “anti semitic hate speech” (possibly indictable under the “Equality Act”.
HOW ADL CAN MAKE FREE SPEECH ILLEGAL
Actual historic anti semitism is easy to define. It is the racist belief that Jews are, because of genetics, degenerate and subversive. It is not, however, anti semitic to criticize the bad behavior of evil Jews, Jewish leaders, or the State of Israel, as did Jesus. What ADL wants to do through both these bills working together is this: on one hand ADL postures as upholding the First Amendment right to “harsh”, even “hateful” speech. On the other, ADL contends that there exist a number of “anti semitic hate speech” topics which trigger such emotional distress in Jews that, ,while legal, constitute “intimidation” and “harassment” of Jews. As such, ADL hopes to make those who publicly discuss these topics, “traumatizing” Jews, indictable under the “Equality Act”. WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF IT BECOMES ILLEGAL TO CRITICIZE JEWS?
About sixty nations enforce some kind of ADL hate law. Many, like Canada, the UK, Holland and Scandinavia,, Australia, etc. already prosecute public critics of Jews and Judaism. Such persecution is assisted by increasingly nebulous official definitions of antisemitism. “Webster’s New Twentieth Century Dictionary” says antisemitism includes “fearing Jews and Jewish things”.(Israel?) Of course, to my knowledge, no ADL hate law country includes as a specially protected group, Christian pro lifers. They are subject to every manner of verbal abuse (and sometimes physical) while picketing abortion mills. Yet no ADL hate law country includes Christians as a specially protected group on par with Jews. They are not empowered to bring the government to their aid should they be criticized or discriminated against “because of what they are”. Why? It’s because ADL has abundantly demonstrated that through its hate laws it intends to persecute, weaken, and discriminate against Christianity, not build it up. RISE OF BABYLON THE GREAT
The book of Revelation describes the earth in the end times as a one world confederacy ruled by a scarlet woman with the title on her forehead: “BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.” She sits astride the “Beast,” or anti-Christ, (Rev. 17,18). Who is this woman? Does she already exist? In at least 85 clear old testament scriptures, rebellious Israel is identified as a spiritual harlot. She has a “whore’s forehead”. (Jer.3,3), just as in Revelation. Originally, Israel was the first to be honored with the privilege of spiritual union with God as Yahweh’s (Christ’s) spiritual bride. But she was also first to prostitute that relationship. As such she became the “Mother” of spiritual whordom. CHRISTIANS ARE COMMANDED TO REPROVE
Nothing corrupts an individual or nation more than being granted freedom from criticism. This is what turned Caligula, Nero, Stalin and Hitler into homicidal monsters. Scripture commands all Christians to “Reprove, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and doctrine”. (ll Tim.4.2) (James 2:1) says we should do it “without respect of persons”. This means that Christians are forbidden to make Jews or Israel into a “sacred cow”, to be protected from Holy Spirit led, constructive rebuke or criticism. Yet, tragically, a ban on criticism of Jews and Israel is what Zionist evangelicals, not scripturally, have eagerly laid upon themselves for more than a century. They believe that reproving “God’s chosen people” will incur a divine curse upon the reprover. As a result they have helped build up the walls of Babylon the Great. Revelation tells us the harlot will eventually turn with fury upon Christians, “drunk with the blood of the saints.” (Rev. 17.6). And she will probably do it with the ADL hate laws which are being enacted today. Jesus said that in the last days Christians would be “delivered up to the synagogues” to be tried. (Luke 2:12) Again, the anti-Christian legal foundation created by ADL may well help “wear out the saints”. (Daniel 7:25) The blindness of the church today to the obvious linkage between Babylon the Great and Israel powerfully suggests we are living in those days in which Christ predicted “even the very elect, if possible, will be deceived”. (Matt. 24:24)

‘BABYLON THE GREAT’ IS ISRAEL

It is very easy in the endless back and forth between Israel and the Palestinians to forget God’s law concerning Jewish occupation of Palestine. Most Christians today are unaware that the Bible forbids a nation of Christ-rejecting Jews to occupy His land. They are also unaware that the Old Testament teaches in hundreds of passages that apostate Israel is a spiritual whore.
In a recent Bible study (“Mother of Harlots” in Old Testament and New) I do what virtually no pastor would dare – read with emphasis broad passages out of the prophets identifying Israel as the mother of spiritual whoredom. I then discuss the following article, proving that the mother of harlots in Ezekiel and Hosea’s day is exactly the same as now, corrupting the nations through Jewish media, creating interminable strife in the Middle East, and leading America into war after ruinous war to make the Mid-East safe for the harlot’s further expansionism.

In the mystical book of Revelation, the apostle John sees a scarlet woman called “Babylon the Great, Mother of Harlots and Abominations of the Earth.” She is drunk on the blood of Christians and rides a many-horned and -headed beast. John was told this woman symbolized a city that would one day rule and corrupt the world. Who is this woman? Does she exist today?
The answer lies thousands of years in history, in a story of redemption, love and betrayal – recounted in Ezekiel 16. This stern yet tender allegory tells how God rescued Israel from death as a rejected infant and chose her for His spiritual bride – not because of her goodness but out of His compassion. From the furnace of Egyptian bondage, the tiny Hebrew nation burst forth. She plagued Pharaoh, crossed the divided sea and finally lived under Moses’ leadership in the desert of Sinai. There God entered the covenant of spiritual marriage with His bride. But that happiness was so brief!
[Israel] you trusted in your beauty and played the harlot because of your fame and poured out your harlotry on every passer-by who might be willing… (Ezekiel 16:15).
From Moses through the prophets, Israel is repeatedly characterized as an imperious whore. In more than 80 instances, she is specifically denounced as a harlot or lewd woman. Isaiah and the other pre-exilic prophets aimed their wrath at Jerusalem: “How the faithful city has become a harlot!” (Isaiah 1:21) Isaiah denounced apostate Jews as “sons of a sorceress, offspring of an adulterer and a prostitute” (Isaiah 57:3).
Did Israel’s evil ways end in the dusty annals of the Old Testament? No. Israel rejected Jesus Christ, her Messiah. She has never yet repented. This compels an inevitable conclusion: Israel of today and tomorrow is the same symbolic woman once chosen as God’s unique bride but ultimately divorced and cast away because of her spiritual adultery. Israel is that “Mother of Harlots” John saw on the beast of Revelation 17 and 18.
Israel was the first to marry God (Christ) and be spiritually one with Him. Thus the position she enjoyed as a spiritual bride was unique to her. Likewise, only apostate Israel can be the “mother” of spiritual whoredom. When she was chosen as Christ’s bride, other nations were disobedient like a child to its parent. Only Israel was made capable of a wife’s infidelity. As a result, when she became a spiritual whore, she was indelibly marked, “Mother of Harlots.” Jeremiah said, “You had a harlot’s forehead, you refused to be ashamed.” (Jer. 3:3) Other apostate systems may be spiritual harlots but only Israel is “mother” of that scarlet sorority. And without repentance, neither time nor wanderings can remove that epithet from her. When Israel shouted, “Crucify Him! Crucify Him!” her resurrected spouse banished her. The Jewish people were condemned to wander like a woman divorced for adultery, perpetually looking for that substitute husband (anti-Christ) who would take the place of the One she killed.
The Great City
What has happened to that rejected unfaithful wife today?
Revelation 17 confronts us with the specter of a city “which reigns over the kings of the earth.” It has physical power—more wealth and importance than any other city—but also spiritual power, embodying the full potentiality of human degeneracy. “What city is like this great city?” the merchants of the earth will wail. This city is so commercially important that when she falls, world trade also comes crashing down. The title “the great city” is exclusive. There will doubtless be other powerful cities in the end time but John witnesses “the great city,” an unequaled center of trade, political power, culture and human bondage.
And to whom does that term refer? In Revelation, “the great city” (hey polis megaley in Greek) is used to clearly refer to Jerusalem, capitol of the Jewish people! When the two witnesses are killed, their dead bodies lie in the streets of “the great city (hey polis megaley). “… Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified” (Revelation 11:8). This unmistakably implies that powerful, corrupt Babylon and the great city “ Sodom and Egypt, where our Lord was crucified,” are the same city… Jerusalem.
The apostle Peter, bishop of Jerusalem, also calls Jerusalem “ Babylon.” He sends greetings from the church in Jerusalem saying, “She who is in Babylon…sends you greetings” (1 Peter 5:13). Peter never visited Babylon. He is clearly identifying the moral cesspool of antiquity, Babylon, with the city where Christ was killed.
There are other reasons to believe “ Babylon the Great” means the Jewish city. When she is destroyed, Revelation describes the fall of this city as different from that of “Gentile” (ethnos) cities. “And the great city was divided into three parts and the cities of the nations (Gentiles) fell…” (Revelation 16:19) A city which is not Gentile must, of course, be Jewish.
Also, Rev. 18:24 says that the great city is guilty for having shed the blood of the Hebrew prophets and the righteous from the beginning of history. Jesus said the same concerning the rulers of Jerusalem, the Pharisees: “that upon you may fall the guilt of all the righteous blood shed on the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah the son of Berechiah, whom you murdered between the temple and the altar” (Matt. 23:35).
Yet even from earliest post-apostolic times, Christians have misread Revelation’s prophecy. They thought Babylon the Great meant Rome, which has traditionally been described as sitting on seven hills. Yet the city of Rome encompasses many more than seven hills. This is not true of Jerusalem. Ernest L. Martin, Ph.D. points out:
the City of Jerusalem as it existed in the time of Christ Jesus was also reckoned to be a ‘City of Seven Hills.’ This fact was well recognized in Jewish circles. In the Pirke de-Rabbi Eliezer, an 8th century A.D. midrashic [Talmudic] narrative (Section 10), the writer mentioned without commentary (showing that the understanding was well known and required no defense) that, “Jerusalem is situated on seven hills.” (“The Seven Hills of Jerusalem” http://www.askelm.com/prophecy/p000201.htm)
Armenian Christians, living for centuries in Palestine, taught their schoolchildren that the seven hills are: Mt. of Olives, Mt. Scopus, Mt. Zion, Mt. Moriah (the Temple mount), Golgotha, Hill of Moses, and Mt. Herzl.
Scripture also describes only one city as center of world rule in the last days, and that is Jerusalem. Paul states clearly that the anti-Christ will declare his one-world authority from the temple at Jerusalem, where he proclaims he is God. (2 Thess. 2:4) When the two witnesses resist him, they do not battle a papal anti-Christ but “the wicked profane prince of Israel” in Jerusalem. (Ezek. 21:25) These scriptures point to Jerusalem as the epicenter of one-world rebellion against God; Jerusalem and Babylon are one!
Modern Judaism is Babylonian
There is more depth to the metaphor. Judaism literally is Babylonian, more than nearly any other religion or culture. Most of its religious laws and traditions, including the Babylonian Talmud and Zohar (Kabbalah), come from nearly 1,600 years Jews spent on the fertile plains of Shinar. Few religions have a deeper tradition of occult. Revelation describes Babylon the Great deceiving the world through her “sorceries” and the Jewish encyclopedias tell us it was Judaism which carried Babylon’s black arts, demonology and astrology to the West.
This is as true today as ever. Jewish supremacism today is not only erecting a political, financial, commercial world empire but spewing filth on the nations through their movie and TV media. (See Jews Confirm Big Media is Jewish) They spearhead freedom-destroying, pro-homosexual hate crimes laws worldwide and abet all forms of left-wing and anti-Christ radicalism through their “civil liberties” fronts such as ADL, ACLU and the Southern Poverty Law Center.
And just as “Babylon the Great” will deceive the world, so Jewish leaders today present a whitewashed façade to Christians and the world – an illusion of goodness that has never been more convincing or scrupulously maintained. The Jewish lobby deceived Christians into unquestioning support of Israel’s ambitions and atrocities in the Mideast; this is awesome evidence of the manipulative influence Jewry will enjoy as we draw even closer to the end. When Christ warned that the delusions of the end time would be so irresistible that “even the very elect” could be deceived, He was speaking of our day!
In our day we witness the continuing and monstrous complications of that great divorce of Christ from his chosen bride millennia ago. We are not simply approaching the foothills of anti-Christ. We are in them. Through intrigue and deception, the control and commercialism of “ Babylon the Great” has come to surround us. Yet we have not perceived it. We have, in fact, assisted it.
Babylon is now.
How should Christians respond to the fact that Israel and Babylon are one? Jesus tells us the answer. “Come out of her, my people, that you may not participate in her sins, and that you may not receive of her plagues, for her sins have piled up as high as heaven…” (Rev. 18:4-5)
