Dr. Fauci Speaks To His Jesuit High School Alma Mater and Then Tells Us We DON'T Need To Wear Face Masks

You would think that after years of going through viruses and pandemics that the ‘powers that be’ would know what works and doesn’t work when it comes to wearing face mask protection during the present Coronavirus outbreak. In the United States the CDC originally said that there was no need to wear face masks in public, it was highly recommended that you wear one around someone who was sick in your presence. Here in Canada it was the same. Then the CDC changed their minds and recommended that all people out in public should be wearing masks. Mean while the WHO have stated that there is no need to wear face masks either. 

On March 8th, Anthony Fauci sat down with 60 minutes and said the following:  When it comes to preventing Coronavirus, public health officials have been clear: Healthy people do not need to wear a face mask to protect themselves from COVID-19.

“There’s no reason to be walking around with a mask,” infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci told 60 Minutes. 

While masks may block some droplets, Fauci said, they do not provide the level of protection people think they do. Wearing a mask may also have unintended consequences: People who wear masks tend to touch their face more often to adjust them, which can spread germs from their hands.

But there is another risk to healthy people buying disposable masks as a precaution. The price of face masks is surging, and Prestige Ameritech, the nation’s largest surgical mask manufacturer, is now struggling to keep up with the increased demand. 

“It could lead to a shortage of masks for the people who really need it,” Fauci said.

Fauci did change his mind and on April 3rd said that people should wear a fabric mask. This is the same guy that on February 29th told Fox News that people could still go to the gym and movie theaters, but then ten days later was advising Trump to lock down the country and 200,000 people were going to die by August. AS I write this post Trump has stated that Fauci wants it both ways and yes, we can clearly see that. Thus the name Flip Flop Fauci.
