BARR EXAM - Check out what congressional members failed this week

It would seem Hollywood writers have found work during their Covid-19 Hiatus. It appears after watching the House Judiciary Hearing with AG William Barr, they must have written the Democrat’s scripts as they were pure fantasy. The rally call of “reclaiming my time” could be heard each and every time a Democrat member of the committee questioned the AG before he could answer. It was the most inane hearing I have ever watched and we have had some doozies. A few recent ones that come to mind, the Mueller Hearing, the Trump Impeachment Hearing, and how can anyone forget the Oversight Hearing on Policing Practices and Law Enforcement Accountability. Who knew that CSPAN aired more comedy specials than the actual comedy channel. 

LAWYERS
Sarcasm aside, in this hearing, especially striking was the utter contempt shown the United States Attorney General. Consider if you will Chairman Nadler, Vice Chair Mary Gay Scanlon, and
Members Zoe Lofgren, Steve Cohen, Hank Johnson, Theodore Deutch, Cedrick Richmond, Hakeem Jeffries, David Cicilline, Eric Swalwell, Ted Lieu, Jamie Raskin, Joe Neguse, Greg Stanton,  and Madeleine Dean are all attorneys. Shelia Jackson Lee holds a JD, but is not a licensed attorney, as does Sylvia Garcia. So to put simply 75% of the Democrats on the committee are attorneys or hold JDs.  And you say, so what. Well one could and should logically conclude that the majority of the Democratic Committee Members have a more than cursory of understanding of the law. Yes?

LOGIC
Just to make sure I am clear, yes, is the answer to the rhetorical question above. So, we can logically conclude that the Democrat Committee Members who made outright false statements in an attempt to smear, bully and influence AG Barr and the congressional record, and who immediately cited “reclaiming my time” before the AG could even respond believe that they are above the law. Further they must not understand that the American people are not going to stand for it any longer. They must not understand we are in the midst of a great awakening and are educating ourselves and one another to their deceptive and often lawless shenanigans.  

Title 18 U.S.C. 1512
Under Title 18 U.S.C. 1512 it is a criminal offense to lie to a witness testifying before congress or in a judicial hearing.  Title 18 U.S.C. 1512  Subsection b states, Whosoever knowingly uses intimidation, threatens, or corruptly persuades another person, or attempts to do so, or engages in misleading conduct towards another person with intent to – (1) influence, delay, or prevent the testimony of any person in an official proceeding. 

CLEAR VIOLATIONS
It does not take a fancy college degree to see that the Democrat members of the committee violated 18 U.S.C. 1512 subsection b 1. Their hostile, misleading, often outright untruthful statements/questions to AG Barr followed directly by invoking the “reclaiming my time” rule as to prevent AG Barr from responding clearly violates this law in every sense. Further when Ranking Member, Jim Jordan, tried to bring decorum back to the proceeding by requesting they give the witness time to respond, Chairman Nadler response was to dismiss Jordan’s request by stating the Ranking Member’s request was irrelevant. It is important to remember AG Barr was under oath, and they were trying in everyway to skew the record and set a perjury trap for him. 

CONGRESSIONAL STANDARDS
It is shocking how flagrantly they did so for the entire world to watch as if the had complete immunity from the law, their oath of office and were completely free of any of the obligations of the Congressional Standards. The Congressional Standards state that “a member’s responsibility in this area is to all his constituents equally and should be pursued with a diligence irrespective of political or other considerations.” 

CONGRESSIONAL OATH
On the first day, each time a new congress is convened, each member must take and be bound by the Oath of Office. The oath can be found in Title 5, Section 3331 of US Code. It states as follows: I, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the constitution of the United States of America against al enemies foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter, so help me God.

U.S. CONSTITUTION, ARTICLE VI, CLAUSE 3
Article VI, Clause 3 of the US Constitution states and I quote, “The senators and representatives before mentioned and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and the several states shall be bound by an oath or affirmation to support this constitution but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or Public Trust under the Unites States. 

IRRESPECTIVE OF POLITICAL OR OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Just to be sure we are coloring in the same lines here, the legal definition of the word bound is as follows: to impose legal obligation or duties upon a person or party to an agreement. And for good measure lets go ahead and define oath. An oath is a solemn promise, often involving a divine witness, regarding one’s future action or behavior. 

Now that we have that out of the way, lets address one of the elephants in the room, and I am not talking about the Republicans. Irrespective of political or other considerations is a loaded phrase with far reaching implications. Consideration is something of value in exchange for goods, services, or other promises in legal terms. It is the primary reason for entering into an agreement. 

So my question is, when, during the hearing, did the democratic members of the committee act irrespective of political or other considerations, and when did they equally represent their constituents? Just for good measure let me provide one more definition to ensure clarity. A constituent is any person residing in that elected officials district. I am sure any intellectually honest person reading this can see the case can be easily made that those Democrat Committee members who harangued AG Barr are not representing their all constituents equally, a certainly not irrespective of political or other considerations. 

TITLE 18 U.S.C. 371 CONSIRACY TO DEFRAUD THE US
When one takes into account their flouting of standards, ethics, their oath, laws, rules in general, the lock step with which they execute their wholesale violations, and in light of their positions to close the country unnecessarily, obstruct the duly elected president and members of his administration at ever turn and Title 18 U.S.C. 371 springs to mind. 

According to www.justic.gov conspiracy against the United States, or conspiracy to defraud the United States, found in Title 18 U.S.C. 371, means to primarily cheat the US Government out of property or money, but it also means to interfere with or obstruct lawful government functions by deceit, craft or trickery or by means that are dishonest. 

I do not believe it a stretch in the least to state that the democrats on the committee violated this section as well with their shenanigans in the Barr Hearing. They clearly conspired as they each made a complete mockery of the hearing and the congress in general by barraging him with misrepresentations and untruths as they accused and questioned, leaving no room to for him to respond, in order to skew the congressional record, to meet their desired political ends. For that matter, since President Trump took office the Democrats and many Republicans have conspired and obstructed his abilities to execute the responsibilities of his Oath of Office in direct violation of this statute, but we will deal with that in a future article. 

THE CURE
I think it is time for the American people to come together and organize themselves to begin the process of holding individual congressional members accountable. Let’s face it we as a collective group have more time on our hands than ever due to their pandemic power grab in locking us down. Just like Covid-19 there is a cure, they just try to propagandize us to believe there is not. 

The first step is we need to begin to flood the Office of Congressional Ethics office at 202-225-7130 or you can email them to report House members at [email protected]. We need to coordinate and do this en masse to be effective. If we the American people really make some noise and hold these members accountable it will begin to send the message we are awake and are using our lockdown time to do our part in draining the swamp. 

Step two, for those up for re-election we need to start supporting the worthy challengers to their seats and get them out. On this particular group I will be providing all the information for your convenience. Again, we must get as many people as possible to assist in this endeavor to be effective. 

Step three is to then turn our attention and repeat process for all of those congressional members, who are still collecting their $174,000 salary, while pushing governors to lockdown their constituents thusly causing them income insecurity. Honestly, as the writing of this article 25% of American households missed their July rent or mortgage payment. These politicians know this is really a plandemic, and that there is no empirical data to supports face masks, social distancing, goggles. MEMBERS WHO FAILED THE BARR EXAM 
This is the list of the committee members who failed the Barr Exam and need to be held to account. There are five other Democrat Committee Members involved, but I singled out those with Law Degrees, as they should be held to an even higher standard, in my humble unsolicited opinion. They have a greater knowledge of the law, and are using that knowledge to distort AG Barr’s congressional testimony by deceit and trickery. 

Jerrold Nadler, D NY is first on deck, and his challenger is Dylan Stevenson. The folks in the 10th district have an uphill battle getting this corrupt and entrenched swamp creature out of office. They need our help, lets rise to the occasion and assist! 

Mary Gay Scanlon, D PA is next up whose challenger is Dasha Pruett, also known as the socialism slayer. 

Zoe Lofgren, D CA whose challenger is Justin Aguilera who ran against her in 2018, flipping this seat needs our help desperately. 

Steve Cohen, D TN has Republican Challenger Charlotte Bergman in need of our assistance. 
Hank Johnson, D GA has Republican Challenger Johsie Cruz 

Theodore Deutch, D FL has Republican Challenger will be determined August 18 providing little time for the challenger to campaign prior to November 3, so this will require considerable assistance from us. 

Cedrick Richmond, D LA has Republican Challenger David Schilling to contend with David Schilling R, and Sheldon Vincent, Jr. 

Hakeem Jeffries, D  NY has Republican Challenger Garfield Wallace

David Cicilline, D RI has Independent Challengers Jeffery Lemire and Fred Wysocki, there is no Republican challenger to this seat.

CONCLUSION
