In my opinion, people who take the “it’ll all pan out in the end” approach to the prophetic discourse that God deliberately included in His Word, are asking for trouble. Why did God place prophetic discourse in the Bible to the tune of roughly 30% if He did not mean for us to discern the meaning there? There is only one reason He included all the discourse related to prophecy in His Word. It is for us to study, to learn from, to be able to discern the times. This is tantamount to understanding what is happening in the world and where the world is on God’s prophetic timetable. God clearly wants us to know some semblance of His timing, as evidenced by Jesus in Matthew 24 and elsewhere.

Imagine if during Joseph’s day, the people completely ignored the coming famine and essentially did nothing, as recorded in Genesis 41. What would have happened? For one thing, people and animals would have starved to death. For another, they would not have been living in the reality God said would arrive and remain for seven years (a likely nod to the seven year Tribulation period upcoming).

I was talking with a friend from church about things today. During the course of our conversation he said, “What amazes me is how many people refuse to see what should be obvious. People in our church as well as world wide seem unconcerned or oblivious to what is going on.” That’s exactly what’s happening. Why? Several reasons.

First, God foretold us that He Himself would send a delusion so that people would embrace lies (2 Thessalonians 2:11). Of course, Paul was referring to the unsaved mainly, who had no love for the truth by which they might be saved (v 10). We see that clearly in today’s society. However, let me also suggest that those who are in Christ can be deceived if they are not careful. This is done by not being in His Word, not prayerfully seeking Him and His will with the strength to accomplish daily. Too many Christians seem woefully unprepared for the coming difficult days. In many ways, the church today resembles the Laodicean church of Revelation 3. That particular church had nothing that Jesus could praise. They were lukewarm just going along in life and because of it, Jesus was ready to spit them out of His mouth.

We all know what lukewarm water tastes like. It’s not good at all. The water that refreshes is ice cold. As you drink it, you can sense your body absorbing it and being satiated by it.

The Christians in the Laodicean church had everything. They were generally well off financially. Since they had money, they didn’t need to rely on God for their needs. They thought they were fine, but Jesus says they were “wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked” (v 17). Sad, isn’t it?

But how different from that description are many Christians today? If you have enough money to buy what you need, you should be on your knees thanking Him for His provision, but the tendency is to think “I did that.” No, God enabled you to do that.

Revelation 3:20 is often used as a verse to get sinners/unsaved to come forward to receive Him as Savior and Lord. That’s fine, but the truth is that it is actually a picture of Jesus standing outside the Laodicean church – which ostensibly is made up of actual Christians – because He wanted to come in and enjoy fellowship with them. Instead, He was actually pushed to the outside of that particular church!

Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. (NKJV)

He is literally outside the Laodicean church asking to come in. We need to think about that.

Today, there’s a tremendous amount happening. We just learned what many of us already knew, from the recently released John Durham report. Trump was completely innocent of colluding with Russia. It was a total set up by Hillary Clinton and people like Comey, McCabe, Brennan, Clapper and a host of others all knew that the Steele Dossier was completely fake, yet went with it anyway. The FBI and the CIA joined forces to ensure that Trump would not be re-elected. Certainly, they wanted him not to be elected the first time, but because they couldn’t stop that, they went for the fake Steele Dossier to ensure his defeat in the re-election campaign.

We also know that the Hunter Biden laptop is completely real and again, people high in the federal government committed lies (and treason), to protect Joe Biden as he ran for president. In essence, there was tremendous election interference (including potential fraud), that swung the election to Biden. But these people did what globalists wanted them to do, just like many in Congress and other elected positions throughout America do daily.

Absolutely nothing will happen to people who deliberately lied to Congress and colluded against Trump to destroy his chances of re-election. Nothing. What does that tell you? It should tell you quite a lot about who controls situations to usher in the final new world order. The media simply supports that narrative.

All of what Biden has “accomplished” since becoming president is to further the goals of globalists. They ultimately want a new world order that puts them at the very tip top of the food chain, while the rest of us will be relegated to the world of serfdom.

If people knew their Bibles including the prophetic portions, they would understand how Satan works and what he will ultimately be allowed to create with God’s permission. Segue to 2023 and it is clear to anyone who understands the meaning, intent and ramifications of Daniel, Ezekiel, Revelation and many other prophetic portions of Scripture that things have seriously advanced so that the new world order seems to be just around the corner.

Decades ago, globalists were pretty quiet about what they were trying to accomplish. They worked quietly behind the scenes with their chosen politicians or CEOs of corporations. They’ve used predictive programming in Sci-Fi movies that put their plans in front of our faces. However, anyone who talked about it openly as a real scenario that would be put into place was considered a conspiracy theorist. Today, globalists themselves actively talk about it, even engaging with so-called hand picked journalists in interviews, revealing what they’re working toward. Recently, in a short video shared by Dr. Robert Malone, Klaus Schwab spoke of the need for absolute transparency with banking and how it will “integrate” with an individual’s personality. He also states that if we have nothing to hide, we’ll be fine. Isn’t that special? Never mind privacy. That’s going out the door. Digital IDs, CBDCs, 15-minute Cities, and all the rest will be put into place and drastically change your life and not for the better.

Too many people ignore these things to their peril. Instead of recognizing that none of these things are coming, they prefer to look the other way. Yet, if we recognize it, we still have the opportunity to “just say no.” Those who ignore it all are like the proverbial ostrich with its head in the sand or the image of the three monkeys with the caption hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil. The truth is God is allowing this to occur because He said that’s what would happen before the Lord returns physically. He is going to allow Satan to “rule the world” for a short period of time. Understanding this is to our benefit.

In Joseph’s day, people heard the bad news of a major famine and decided to follow Joseph’s instructions, which saved people and animals. Today, the average has taken the mRNA jibjab and ignores the adverse reactions and even deaths from it as do governments around the world. Now these same people and governments are welcoming the chance to have a flu shot using mRNA technology [1; may be behind free subscription wall] while ignoring all the adverse reactions and deaths. What does that tell you?

There is constant talk of digital IDs needed for every person. In airports they are pushing a new system variously called “Clear” or something else. It uses bio-metrics to take a photo of a person’s face so that they will be “cleared” much quicker to go through security and board their plane. The stated reason is that anything on phones can be manipulated but not your face. So that makes is “safer and more convenient.” Gosh, who doesn’t want convenience?

The powers that be want us to buy into the CBDC’s 0r Central Bank Digital Currencies. This will mean getting rid of that “dirty” cash you hold in your hand that can carry germs and diseases and digital currencies will be “safer and more convenient.” Once people accept that, they give their personal sovereignty to powerful overlords who will then decide if they’re buying too much meat, too much ammo, too many guns, not enough fake meat or “food” created with crickets, etc, and turn off your ability to buy and sell. This is what will occur with the “mark of the beast” in Revelation 13. Don’t want to play by the Antichrist’s rules, good luck eating. The system will need to be in place by that point so they are working on it now, which may be introduced as “voluntary” to get people hooked.

All of these things are going to create our social credit score like China’s. Say something wrong? Lose points. Buy too much meat? Lower your score. People can pretend all they want that these things won’t come to America, but they’re in the works.

The Bible explains many things related to the very end of the end times prior to the physical return of Jesus. Christians ignore these things to their peril because they will easily get swept up into the system being pushed on the world and with it, the freedoms that we now possess will be gone.

If a Christian goes through life thinking that “health, safety and convenience” comes from a syringe, with digital money, or digital ID, it’s because they’re not focused on His Word that warns us of these things that Satan will use to enslave the world under the rule of the Antichrist.

It is not simply dangerous to avoid studying the prophetic portions of God’s Word, but it is just as dangerous to see them as allegorical or metaphorical rather than in their plain and ordinary sense (literally). We need to seek to understand God’s meaning even though none of us will be 100% at every point.

God wants several things from us. He wants our supreme dedication to Him. He wants us to fear offending Him so that we will live more automatically in His will. He wants us to read and study His Word because it is HIS Word and it provides us with information that can guide us through life’s circumstances daily. God also wants us to love Him more than anything this world has to offer.

I wonder if that’s why I find myself having lost interest in many of the things I used to enjoy? It’s interesting, but as things continue to heat up, I realize that the things I used to enjoy don’t really hold that same enjoyment. It’s as though I’m being made to see that life has become a great deal more serious and it is so because Satan, working through powerful globalists, is doing all he can do to overthrow God. If Christians are not aware of that, they are not aware of much and will likely still continue looking to the things in life to provide our enjoyment.

Understanding where we are on God’s Prophetic Timeline provides us with a truly realistic view of life. It helps define for us our job, which is to pull others from the fire and to witness to a lost and dying world, whether they listen or not. We’re not here for ourselves. That does not mean we cannot find enjoyment in life. It simply means that finding enjoyment should not be our number one goal.
