Daniel 7 Part 1 – Four More Beasts

• Daniel 7 introduces another vision that Daniel has, this time during Belshazzar’s first year as king after Nebuchadnezzar but before the Medo-Persians conquered Babylon
• The vision reveals four beasts as predictive prophecy

In the opening verses of Daniel 7, Daniel is in bed and has a dream and sees a vision. This occurred during Belshazzar’s first year as king, following his grandfather Nebuchadnezzar but before Babylon was conquered by the Medo-Persian Empire, so we are going back before Daniel 5.

The empires during the “Times of the Gentiles” of Daniel 2

In his dream/vision, Daniel saw four beasts and where they come from. First three beasts described as:

• First beast like a lion with eagle’s wings
• Its wings are plucked off – he is humbled becoming more human
• Jeremiah used lion/eagle as pictures of Nebuchadnezzar (Jeremiah 49:19-22)

These beasts remind us of the beasts that Nebuchadnezzar saw in his dream/vision from Daniel 2. They are similar with only a few minor changes between those and the beasts in Daniel 7.

The second beast is like a bear. This beast is not as majestic as a lion or eagle. Bears are slower, stronger than lions. However,  this”bear” has a voracious appetite for conquest and is told to “Arise, devour much flesh”. The three ribs may represent their three great military conquests: Babylon, Egypt and Lydia.

The first three empires of Daniel 2 and 7. Note 3rd Empire – Grecian – breaks into four parts. Under one of those generals, Antiochus Epiphanes IV creates the abomination of desolation in 168 BC.

The third beast is like a leopard; very fast – quick, with unexpected and overwhelming attacks. This third beast has four wings and three heads. Interestingly, the Grecian Empire broke into four sections after Alexander’s death, each ruled by one of his four generals:

1. Casander
2. Lysimachus
3. Seleucus, and
4. Ptolemy

The image shows the small blue circles how Alexander’s Grecian Empire was broken up into the four parts, with each general above ruling over a specific geographical area.

The fourth beast is really an indescribable beast – horrific in power and dreadful in conquest. There is nothing like it that Daniel had seen before otherwise he would have referenced an animal he knew of to compare it to as he did the first three beasts. This fourth beast is described having:

• Horned beast (10 horns)
• With one conspicuous horn
• This beast devoured and broke into pieces all that came before it
• Besides its ferocity, this beast has 10 horns
• This beast STARTS as the Roman Empire
• The beast will END as the Revived Roman Empire (still ahead of us in future history)
• The ten horns correspond to the ten toes of the statue we see in Daniel 2

Daniel makes this statement referencing the Fourth Beast:

I considered the horns, and behold, there came up among them another horn, a little one, before which three of the first horns were plucked up by the roots. And behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking great things. (v 8)

Regarding this fourth beast, note that there are the original ten horns. However, among them comes an eleventh horn. This eleventh horn “uproots” (kills?) three of the original ten horns and becomes the 8th. This simply means the ten horns will gain power as kings first and then Antichrist will rise up as 11th, deal with three and becomes the 8th. So it appears that the world will be divided into ten sections as one new world order still yet future.

Interestingly enough, Klaus Schwab and his WEF people are working toward a new world order where they see themselves as ruling the world. We appear to be on a fast track toward that goal and they want everything in place by 2030. This is why they are pushing climate change, CBDCs, eliminating farming for fake meat/bugs and everything else they are pushing for throughout the world.

Many believe the CV pandemic was used specifically to remove freedom and give greater control to those unelected bureaucrats. Notice that the CDC has just now come out and said CV is like the flu. Many knew that but were ignored. At the same time, the CDC is pushing the ninth booster jab for CV. People will simply take it not even thinking that something that you have take 9 times can’t be that effective.

What Schwab is actually pushing is onto the world is not what he calls “stakeholder capitalism,” which sounds like that might be good for people. He is actually pushing Technocracy (or Sustainable Development). They want to decide how everyone of us lives, what we can eat, what our money will be allowed to purchase, what kind of money we will be able to use, where we can go and much more.

They want us all herded into “15-minute cities,” they want to eliminate gas-powered vehicles and ultimately, they want all people “packed and stacked” in cities out of the country. What we are seeing and experiencing is the beginnings of the ten horn world government taking shape. It is in process. These unelected bureaucrats are running roughshod over people’s rights in their effort to control everything. They are incarcerating anyone who stands in their way (J6, etc.). Soros has spent decades installing left-wing judges, DAs and others into positions of power. These people do not care about the Constitution.

This is the Ten Horn Empire (the fourth beast), that is coming to fruition now. How long will it take, five years? Six years? I have no idea but they have a lot of work to do before they can bring their goals to fruition, unless of course, something huge helps them along the way (we’ll talk about that in an upcoming article).

Remember, during Daniel’s day, the first beast was Babylon. The second beast was Medo-Persia. The third beast was Alexander the Great (Grecian Empire). The fourth beast began with the Roman Empire. Daniel saw these last two beasts/empires in visions, though he did not live to actually see them as he saw them in predictive prophecy.

These four beasts came out of the “great sea” (v 2), which is probably a reference to the Mediterranean Sea since all the beasts had a geographical connection to this sea. It also references the “sea of humanity” on the earth. After unique horn uproots 3 and becomes the 8th, he is also heard “speaking great things” or speaking pompously. He will have the “eyes of a man,” which refers to his level of intelligence.

Some of the connections between Daniel 2 and Daniel 7 are as follows:

• In Daniel 7 the focus of attention moves toward the last period of earth’s history. The judgment is described as occurring some time before the fourth beast is destroyed.
• Daniel 7, like the rest of the book, was given to show the people of God their part in the great controversy between Christ & Satan.
• The efforts of Satan to destroy them through to their final victory are revealed.
