As has been defined by others, Technocracy is when a world or society is increasingly controlled by the technology that was originally created to liberate it. I wrote a book about this subject in 2015 (available on Amazon[1]). A lot has changed since then but it’s still a good primer on Technocracy and how it will usher in the coming Tribulation period.

If we stop to consider that definition above, it makes perfect sense. Over the past number of decades whenever any new form of technology was introduced, we usually heard things like, “It’ll make life so much easier!” or something similar to that. Because of that, most of us hurriedly embraced the new technology because who does not want life to be easier?

The problem with most technology though is that while things do often become easier because of it, there is often a price to pay. That price usually has to do with a loss of freedom and privacy.

When I was growing up, the only phones available (besides pay phones), were connected via hard wiring in our home. This was called a “land line.” You had to be in your home and in the room that actually had the phone installed in it. Usually, that was the kitchen. However, over time, people had “extensions” or additional lines installed in other parts of the home like the master bedroom. This made things easier so that a call could be received or made from various rooms in the home, not just the kitchen. Our phones back then were not carried in our pockets and went with us wherever we went. While extensions made things a bit easier in the home, it stopped when we left the house.

In the 1950s and 60s, there were no personal computers. There was no Internet. We did not know what we were supposedly missing because those things simply did not exist yet. The beginnings of the Internet occurred due to the military’s use of the intranet, which allowed computers to be connected at several places at the same time. This in turn, allowed military scientists to share their results of experimentation and research with those in another location. That was eventually transformed in Internet access for the public.

Today we also have GPS, which allows us to instantly seek and find directions in real time to another location as we drive. GPS is such that it can update itself if it learns of an accident up the road or something else that would slow things down and can offer alternative routes to the destination. All of this can save time and make life easier. However, it’s also very easy for government agencies to track people in real time too. Our phones can be tracked as well as GPS in our cars.

But as Patrick Wood states in his fairly recent article, “Patrick Wood’s 2024 Forecast,“[2] (behind a pay wall), we are fast approaching a point where reality will become anti-reality. In other words, he believes there will be a complete collapse of reality as we’ve always known it, replaced with something that is not real, but absolutely appears to be completely real. Just consider how many people are buried in their phones throughout the day and you’ll get an idea what he means. The digital worlds in phones are replacing the reality people actually exist in.

Patrick Wood has been on the forefront of revealing the dark machinations of Technocracy since the 1970s. I have a number of his books and they’re all eye-opening. In the above noted article, Wood quotes from a Trilateral Commission member at a meeting in March 2023 in India.

Three decades of globalization — defined as integrated, free-market based and deflationary — has been replaced by what will be a multidecade period of globalization defined as fragmented, not-free-market-based but industrial-policy based and structurally inflationary. This year, 2023, is Year One of this new global order.

Did you notice that last statement – “…2023, is Year One of this new global order“? Interesting. If that is true, that we have been forced to this point in global society, it means globalists have been doing a great deal of things behind the scenes for some time. So if 2023 was the very first year of the coming global order, what does 2024 hold for us? Wood isn’t certain but he shares with us some serious possibilities in his article.

Going back to our definition of Technocracy (first paragraph), what can we see throughout global society regarding how technology has actually ensnared us rather than liberated us? The following things were received with joy and exclamation thinking how much better life would be with them. However, they are now seen by many as nooses around our necks that are simply tightening.

• smart phones
• smart meters
• smart cities
• smart TVs and other appliances
• Wi-Fi/Internet
• Electronic forms of payment

The above list is by no means complete. It is a sampling of the things we are in the constant habit of using and cannot live without. Who among us walks around without a cell phone in our pocket? Who doesn’t look at that same cell phone many times throughout the day, possibly hundreds of times?

So in essence, Wood notes that these things which were introduced as a way of making life “simpler, easier and even safer” have become burdensome in many ways. We have become habituated to them and find it difficult to live without them.

I’ve become habituated to using my cell phone. I’m always checking my email and various news sources on Telegram. Why? Because it’s a habit.

Here’s the problem with that (aside from the obvious of it just being a distraction). How do I know what I’m seeing in the digital world of my phone is actually real? I have no way of knowing really. I have to simply take what I see as a real situation that is supposed to inform me.

It’s the same with the news media. Can we believe the media? Is Fox any better than CNN? The truth is that the media is helping to create the anti-reality that we are getting used to seeing and experiencing. So your choice and mine is to turn away from those media channels. Here’s an interesting short video on what’s actually happening at our southern border in Eagle Pass, TX.[3] They are trying to create a reality that doesn’t exist because, as the host of the video says, it’s an election year. Sadly, too many will fall for it like those who went to DC on January 6 and are now paying the price by a government that has become fully traitorous and fascist.

However, with the advent of artificial intelligence (AI) and/or artificial general intelligence (AGI), this reality within the digital worlds of my phone is seriously blurred. Here is an example of just how real AI can appear in this video from YouTube.[4]

No one actually believes that a whale is jumping out of a gymnasium floor complete with water splashing all around. However, what if AI or AGI could be used in a way that seemed extremely natural to people and who would not question it? I’ve included an image from a video[5] that highlights concerns about AI that readers may wish to view and note.

Here’s another video that highlights various aspects of AI and how far it has come.[6] Remember folks, this began years ago with Pixar and Disney animated movies and of course, video games. When they got to a point where they could replicate realistic water and fire, they had reached a point where nothing was too difficult for them.

So what is the point here? The point is simple. AI is moving to the place where it will supplant and replace actual reality. This will then be what Wood and others refer to as the collapse of reality, replaced with anti-reality. People, by and large, will not know what is real and what isn’t real. Most people, unfortunately, will simply go with what they perceive to be reality, though that will too often be anti-reality.

All it will take is some huge, dramatic event, false flag or black flag event to usher in something truly mind-boggling and sinister that will push reality off the table, replacing it with anti-reality. Patrick Wood believes, among other things, that 2024 may very well be the year of the global financial collapse that everyone has been warning about for a number of years (it takes time for these things to actually happen but the signs are everywhere).

The intended collapse of Capitalism (ie, The Great Reset) could occur in 2024, ending the “Everything Bubble” with the kickoff of a massive deflationary cycle lasting decades.

Moreover, Wood shares with us what he calls the Bottom Line:

• The Collapse of Reality will be experienced by hundreds of millions
• 2024 will be the last (human) election
• AI-generated news anchors will spew out stories written by AI
• Weaponized AI will seek and destroy stories that contradict the official narrative
• Society will be engulfed by AI algorithms in every conceivable industry

If all of the above becomes true this year or next, it tells me we are the last generation of Christians living before our Lord returns. It also tells me that globalists have been given the go-ahead to destroy the financial system that has always been based on some form of capitalism, replacing it with “stakeholder capitalism.” This stakeholder capitalism only sounds good. In reality, it simply means that the only ones who will continue to enjoy capitalism without any limitations are globalists who have been busy manipulating the world’s societies and financial systems for their own benefit since the very early 1900s, at least in modern times. It’s been going on for quite some time actually. This is often referred to as the “Great Taking” by many people because globalists seriously intend to take everything from us. Don’t worry though, they tell us even though we’ll own nothing, we’ll be happy…

So is there anything you and I can do to keep ourselves anchored in reality, versus being swept up into anti-reality? Patrick Wood has some suggestions:

• Decide whether or not you want to take the “blue pill” or the “red pill”. Many will choose the “blue pill” and will be happy with it.
• Commit to hold on to reality at any cost
• Learn how to spot simulations and simulacra
• Eliminate or limit the use of objects that want to dominate you
• Always be mindful of your own humanity
• Seek to connect with those who are committed to the above
• If you believe in God and the Bible, anchor yourself there! If this is not you, now is a good time to consider it.

Folks, I’d encourage you to not put your head in the sand. Be aware of what is taking over global society, the direction it is being pushed, and also understand that it is our responsibility to reject the coming anti-reality. That can only happen as we ground ourselves in His Word more than ever before.
