Computer Monitors and Dry Eyes

If you spend a lot of time staring at a screen of any kind, you probably notice how tired, itchy, and blurry your eyes can get.

Tilt your compute screen down a little. Your eyes shift downward to see it. As this happens, your eyelid will cover more of your eyeball.

Without making a conscious effort, you will automatically blink more often, keeping your eyes moist and more comfortable.

You can do the same with a handheld device. Just lower it rather than having it right in front of your face for long periods of time.
