This will be kinda short and all about CONS, PHISING emails, SCAMMERS, SPAMMERS.

1) Be sure you are working with someone reputable ESPECIALLY if you decide to BUY A SERVICE. Always use PayPal or the like to interact $’s so you have extra payment protections and claw-back chance IF “Breech of Contract” or “No Services at all Delivered” situations. Consider HIRING via FIVERR, UPWORKS, other legit sources, where peeps are at least TRIED TO BE PRE-VETTED as “legit” Service providers.

2) YOU WILL be flooded by endless PHISHING SCHEME EMAILS. They will sound NICE and JUST WANT TO HELP at first. Just like someone I just responded to as follows….

after all the usual coy playing about HOW MUCH YOU LOVE THE WORK and really want to help share it…
As said from start, happy to help those looking for CONTENT (I get exposure THEY get Ad revenues as their real source of income, as well as some who willingly broadcast AT THEIR OWN COSTS/LOSS and NO PROFITS) they believe in wanting share – NOT those looking for a quick buck (phishing operations). So, NO. I will continue working with (mostly PODCASTERS, wanting content, not looking to charge a guest) in those regards, they get content, I get exposure, they get Ad revenue, I hopefully get some book Sales out of the brief amount of time I invest (time, not $) with them.

NOW, with that said, THERE ARE some legit MAGAZINE or EZine creators out there who ARE just looking for content (you, your book(s) or music or whatever, as additional content for their Zine, and will work with you FOR FREE (NO COST TO YOU) for their Zine so THEY can keep their stuff going out on schedule with fresh stuff every whatever time-frame they print or epublish at. SO, be OPEN to those, but just be aware, MOST will approach as if this and then ASK FOR MONEY LATER. So find out the WHO and the REAL WHY they are reaching out to you BEFORE you share any REAL INFORMATION about you or your work(s) as I don’t want you to waste your time where there is no real ROI opportunity. They SEND ME $ and I assure you’ll seel X # of books are all bogus – they cannot promise that (they do not have a gun to peoples heads forcing them onto Amazon, or where-ever, and putting in their Credit Card to buy your whatever) they are only looking at TAKING $ from you. A real ROI option – those REALLY offering FREE Services in hopes that YOU BOTH MAKE $ OFF THE (Time investment) efforts – not just looking to con you out of $.
