Brand Tango Names James Kluetz As President And Chief Creative Officer Digital Branding Agency Celebrates 10th Anniversary

As the staff at Brand Tango, a South Florida-based, digital, branding firm celebrate the firm’s 10-year anniversary, they’re not looking to the past. What they are doing is embracing a new era of digital brand expression that will help their clients integrate technology across disciplines such as marketing, sales center environments, owner services and even concierge and on-property experiences. Leading the charge is the firm’s long-time creative director and co-founder, James Kluetz, who was named president and chief creative officer in January, 2015.

“Since starting the agency a decade ago, Brand Tango has produced ground-breaking, award-winning work for many of the top names in hospitality and beyond,” Kluetz says. “As president and chief creative officer, I’m ready to begin our next decade with a very collaborative approach that helps clients refine their messages and achieve their goals.”

A Brand Tango co-founder, Kluetz has more than two decades of creative leadership, including serving as vice president of creative services at Boca Raton, Fla.-based Bluegreen Corp. and starting an in-house agency at Orlando-based Island One Resorts. A graduate of New York City’s Fashion Institute of Technology, he has won more than 125 ARDY awards from the American Resort Development Association and over 150 local, district and national awards from the American Advertising Federation. Kluetz has also received honors from the AIGA, the Web Marketing Association, the South Florida Interactive Marketing Association, American Business Communicators, the American Institute of Graphic Artists, Mead Paper and the Florida Print Awards.

“This promotion comes in recognition of the outstanding contributions James has made to Brand Tango and our clients,” says former president Joe Russoniello, who remains as CEO and founding partner. “His strategic thought leadership has grown immensely over the past 10 years, and clients who get his attention benefit immediately. Larry Talley, vice president of technology and the third co-founder, continues in his role. “I look forward to working side-by-side with James and our team to fully realize the vision for our future,” Talley says.

In addition to vacation ownership clients, Brand Tango has expanded into other consumer-service categories with an emphasis on technology and hospitality. “After the market downturn in 2008, we proactively broadened our client base,” Kluetz says. “Now, with the timeshare industry evolving to include new products, services and players, we’re able to leverage a wealth of capabilities that we have acquired through our client diversification.”
