It is no secret that younger customers are driving the new wave economy, and new businesses are finding ways to win this young customer base because traditional tactics aren’t working so well.

New and old businesses alike are struggling with younger generations, and this is troubling for several economies around the world.

Being unable to cater to millennials and generation Z customers can spell trouble for any up and coming business. The problem is really paying attention to these generations and learning what drives them to a business.
